I ordered online for 20 minutes ago, came for pick up, not a single customer was there, drive thru was empty , still i had to wait 20 minutes. Worst.

I got an 8 piece nugget combo. The fries and the biscuit were totally fresh BUT the nuggets were NASTY. They were completely dry and OLD. They had been sitting for hours with how bad they were. I couldn't even eat them. Ruined my dinner. Hopefully the couple that I ate don't get me sick.

Awful experience. Showed up 15 minutes after the estimated time and my order still wasn't ready. Finally got my oder and took it home just to find out it was wrong and missing items. No answer on the store phone. I'll just take that as a loss and take my business elsewhere. The colonel is rolling in his grave.
Dont order two of the $7 fill up they have listed on their menu or you'll be charged for 2 separate $10 meals and extra sides. They dont actually listen when you order and the foods either undercooked, burnt, or been sitting out under the lamps for a while. Unless you want food poisoning and get overcharged, dont go here. Go to a different location.

I had to throw the food away because of the smell. It smelled burned and just nasty. When are they going to close this location down? I'm traveling 8 miles to get fresh great food from a kfc that's is great in Jennings. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND ENJOY YOURSELF WHERE YOUR TREATED AS A HUMAN NOT A ATM.

Chicken was original recipe it had good favor and was hot and fresh. Service was slow drive thur guy was outside on lot when we arrived he did tell us who he was and promised to be right with us he did presentation was not good biscuits slightly split and one had top off also no honey in bag after we asked please add to meal plenty napkinsand hot food is what I appreciated.
