I door dashed dinner for me and my boyfriend as we are incredibly sick. His food came with no issues. My oder was completely wrong, I ordered the Famous Spicy Bowl and got instead a bowl of Mac and cheese. My soda was supposed to be Dr. Pepper but upon taking a drink, I was incredibly displeased to find it was Pepsi instead. Will not be ordering digitally or in person from this location if orders can't be checked for accuracy

This is the worst restaurant I've ever eaten at. They don't give you what you order; they give you the wrong chicken. If you order it without spice and without pickles, they give you chicken with both. The service is terrible; they didn't fix either of the two orders I placed. I don't recommend eating there, especially if you want something specific, because you'll probably get something you don't want.

Service was rude, didnt even give me a fork for my mac and cheese, didnt give me napkins, how am I supposed to eat fried chicken without any napkins. Its almost like their employees dont care about the customer at all

I got an 8 piece nugget combo. The fries and the biscuit were totally fresh BUT the nuggets were NASTY. They were completely dry and OLD. They had been sitting for hours with how bad they were. I couldn't even eat them. Ruined my dinner. Hopefully the couple that I ate don't get me sick.
