I inquired about an 8pc meal that included mash potatoes, coleaw, fries 4 biscuits and chicken tenders. The manager didn't remember the meal deal on line and over charged me. ( he also forgot to include the biscuits. Had to call and return to the store for the biscuits. Last time patronizing this"K F'-IN C"restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Non existent!

Service was great but the food was lacking, maybe the oil was dirty but the flavor and color was off
Gave me the entirely wrong order. Called and had originally spoken to a manager in the store. Then to someone named Liza. Was told having it replaced would not be an issue. When back in the area I called the location to have that done. A manager named Kevin told me he would call Liza. Then was told Liza doesn't remember. So no replacement. Check your food, including the age of it. Would never return or recommend to anyone. Terrible service.

After a terrible experience next door, I had a great experience here. the worker treated me with the utmost respect and was very attentive to my every need. I normally do not ever give a bad review because most people don't give positive reviews. . with that said, I was made so satisfied after the negative time I had at the chicken place next door that I had to say this. The lady that helped me was tremendously nice. And listened to everything I had to say with a smile. . I will be back many times and recommend this establishment to others. thank you so much!

The girl at the window would only open it wide enough to put my bag through it. The chicken was extremely greasy. I asked for butter and honey, she said it was in there, and it wasn't. She was too busy talking to her co-workers, that she did say goodbye, thank you...nothing, shoved the bag out the window and walked away. The greeting when I placed the order was "Go ahead with your order...no hello, nothing. Probably the last time we will go there!!
