Let's say GROSS. I was the only car in the drive thru, my food was ice cold, i should have turned around to return it but i only get a 30 minute lunch. Also the girl charged me $3.39 for my side in a $8.39 combo meal... which i never got a total from her or else i would have questioned the charge and probably would have made me re think eating here. I regret wasting my money. SHADY.

The tenders do not look like the ones on the menu. They were tough and not crunchy enough. The product has gone down. We dined in, and almost every table was dirty and wobbly. The floor was sticky and the soda machine clearly had not been cleaned in a while. The older gentleman who took our order was dirty and clearly working his butt off. He was super friendly. But the overall on this store is unfortunately very poor.

Pot pies no longer have a bottom crust, so that was a disappointment. The new wraps are sub-par. They are a chicken tender (whole) inside a wrap with miniscule amounts of lettuce.

Hello everyone first off I like to say that the food at KFC is awesome love it love to eat here the only thing that thing sucks is customer service ordering your food they're really not talkative and I really don't feel like they care to be there I just think the workers suck I'm not being mean but when I wear something it's like they say on it and it's like like they don't have to get back and do their job. I hope you can get some good workers in there that really appreciate your job

Of the last two visits, there was not enough chicken to order a bucket of food. The poor drive- thru worker was taking the brunt of angry customers.. The manager needs training. I understand reducing waste. But you have to balance that better bc reducing customers is worse. Many of us will never come back.

This location is the victim of no one wanting to work anymore the staff does their best but if you go to this location bring your patience with you or just don't go.
Service today was awful. Lately we never seem to get orders rightToday we had a coupon fot $16.99. 10 piece white and dark mix. So we asked for at least 2 wings and 1 breast. Received 1 wing , 3 breast, 4 thighs and 1 drumstick. Ok so we only Received 9 pieces of chicken should be 10 plus they charged $1.00 more for the breastI don't think I will be back.

This place is nasty, The lady in drive thru has long dirty fingernails with no gloves on handling the food, I ordered a 12 pc dinner, No slaw, no green beans, and the biscuits were only 1/4 in tall and cold hard, the corn was so old it was dried up. The chicken was dripping in grease and not cooked all the way. Called corporate, They refunded my money. Went to Arnold, ordered a 12 piece dinner. Got home and had a 6 piece dinner for 7 people! I am so done with KFC?

I no longer buy the chicken strips bc they dont taste real. It's like synthetic rubbery chicken flavored nastiness. The regular chicken was not cooked properly and when you walked in you shoes suck to the floor bc it was so sticky and dirty. In fairness to kfc they did say they were understaffed. But still....

Be very careful with this restaurant. They will sell you a coupon book that is no longer good without telling you that the book is not good. I most definitely feel ripped off by this KFC. Avoid at all costs.They do not care about their customers. The food is good but the ethics are questionable

I agree with the last review. They only had extra crispy chicken and said it would be 25-35 minutes to wait for original. For a side I was ordering green beans. I was told very rudely that they didn't have any. They were not closing for another 2 1/2 hours. Did they turn away all of the future customers? The cashier was rude and obviously didn't want to wait on customers (I was the only one).
