Hello everyone first off I like to say that the food at KFC is awesome love it love to eat here the only thing that thing sucks is customer service ordering your food they're really not talkative and I really don't feel like they care to be there I just think the workers suck I'm not being mean but when I wear something it's like they say on it and it's like like they don't have to get back and do their job. Of the last two visits, there was not enough chicken to order a bucket of food. The poor drive- thru worker was taking the brunt of angry customers.. The manager needs training. I understand reducing waste. But you have to balance that better bc reducing customers is worse. Many of us will never come back.

The tenders do not look like the ones on the menu. They were tough and not crunchy enough. The product has gone down. We dined in, and almost every table was dirty and wobbly. The floor was sticky and the soda machine clearly had not been cleaned in a while. The older gentleman who took our order was dirty and clearly working his butt off. He was super friendly. But the overall on this store is unfortunately very poor.
