The chicken wasn't the best. I never get the crispy chicken, but they didn't have dark meat in the original. Instead of waiting for good hot chicken, I took what they had, and I got what I got! The pieces are much smaller, or my hands have gotten much larger. A homeless guy was there with his shoes off. The manager did ask him to leave.

The young man working the register was very pleasant with a good attitude and helped with the situation as far as atmosphere but the manager in the back had a bad attitude was there for over 45 minutes picking up an order that was called ahead watched three people arrive after me leave before me and then when she came out with the order she dropped it on the counter in its bag rather than placing it on the counter. I attempted to address her managerial skills and she wasn't...

This KFC was very under staffed. The wait was not horrible but longer than it should have been. The chicken was good. It seems KFC has almost priced me into looking for chicken somewhere else.
