Flavors were good but our food was cold. Then some the workers were just chatting with a friend or a worker that came in the restaurant the entire time we were there.
Which I thought was pretty unprofessional to on top of serving cold food.
We got the spicy KFC chicken sandwich and the loaded beef fries and the the bibimbap (which was the only thing I expected to be cold)

Pretty good food, although you don't seem to get enough tteokbokki appetizer for $12.95! The entrees were good and filling. Restaurant is clean, staff is pretty hands-off. Not rude, but there is very little interacton given that your oder from screens.

This place is really cool and has good prices. the food get to you moderately. The food is also very creative and authentic, such as Korean and Mexican clashing in foods. Would recommend!

I have wanted to try Kimchi guys for a long time and found myself near there for work today. I got the Kimchi fried rice bowl and chose fried chicken as my protein. The rice was bland and the chicken was chewy and overcooked. My soda had too much carbonation in it. I would have asked them to remake it but I ordered to go and found out once I got back to the office. I usually don't write reviews, but I paid $20 for the food and to throw out over half.. that hurt a little.

This could be great, but it isn’t. Korean bowl came out partially lukewarm, partially cold. Flies and dirty, worn out tables. Kitchen floor was filthy. This place seems like it has potential. Just clean it up.

Some of the best Korean Food we have had in a while! Everything we had tasted excellent. Good location next to the Subway Stop and Arch Walkway.

I can start by saying the price is no where near par to the service and environment that this place provides. There are more botflies and horse flies in this restaurant than there are workers, this is not an exaggeration. After ordering my food through a kiosk that was quite easy to use. I waited about 20 minutes for them to make my crispy Korean KFC sandwich. In those torturous 20 minutes flies swarmed the store as if it were a local spot for them. To top this experience off while my server plated my food I had to intervene and ask if he could "remake my bun this time with gloves on". I think I got sick from eating at this place, I surely hope not though.

We walked by while checking out the arch and wondered in. It was counter service, but the gentleman working the counter was awesome; he greeted us and made us feel welcome right away plus helped us decide what to order. We placed orders on kiosks, it was a pretty efficient process all things considered. Our group tried stuff from all over the menu and we didnt find anything we didnt like. The kimchi fried rice bowls were a big hit and we even had some pickier eaters that were stoked with the chicken tenders. Would definitely and will definitely be back.

The monster bowl was monstrously bland and not at all filling, especially for the price. My bowl had the wrong proteins too.

First time trying today. Got it to go as i was taking it to work. Food was burnt. Even the ones that looked decent were still over cooked. Very disappointed. Won't be back or recommend.
