I’m only giving a 1….because I have to.First of all….it says OPEN (online)on Sundays AND HE’S NOT!!! SHOULD’VE BEEN A SIGN!!!I spent 25.00$ for a polish and wing plate. I wish I would’ve only spent the 8$ for the polish!!!I specifically asked him were the wings FRESH….meaning COOKED TODAY!!! I opened it up and immediately noticed the wings were discolored but disguised with sauce. HARD, BURNT, OLD and DRY!!!! I could definitely tell the difference because there were 2 fresh HOT ONES on the bottom!!!! Spaghetti NASTY!!! Over cooked fat mushy noodles NO FLAVOR AT ALL!!! So I returned the next day to order another polish because it was good, and tell him about his nasty food !!! I ordered polish but wanted the potato salad on the side. HE HAD THE NERVE TO SAY …..an extra 2.50$ for the container and labor …. just cancelled my order completely UM NO SIR!!!! You just robbed me yesterday of 15.00$ for 2 wings and potato salad …. I don’t want anything from you. Then he proceeds to come from behind the counter to tell me how much a container is !!!! Stopped him FAST ……I’m in the food industry I know exactly how much it really cost !!!! About 35cent!!!! Go to hell sir with your petty…..wanna be arrogant self!!!!..They say support black businesses……NOT THIS ONE!!!!! EVER!!!!

If you want barbecue how it was when we were kids, THIS IS THE PLACE! I ordered the rib tip and snoots combo with potato salad. It was delicious! The snoots were crispy but not overly crispy, where you'd crack all your teeth. The tips were good and tender as well. I'm getting hungry writing this, lol. This is a mom and pop type operation, and anyone who knows food is aware these are the types of places where you get good food. They also play some tunes while you wait for your order. I was very satisfied with the entire experience. Go ahead, check them out!Parking: Somewhat small lot if they're busy. Hasn't been a real issue.

Bb sauce was like running water terribleRib tips are horrible full of fat meat..i paid $17.00 for 6 big peices of rib tips that looks like a animal has chewed on them never again will I buy from these

I so enjoyed my bbq!!! It was seasoned not overly because I know my elders can’t have too much salt. It was cooked to perfection. And baby the potatoe salad I don’t know whose grandma made that but honey it was delicious. I will definitely be back!!!

I have been here about 5 different times . Yesterday was the worst I've had from Prince bbq . I got my brother in law and I the mini tip and snoot combo , hardly any sauce on them not ebem none on the bottom of the plate to dip to dip the bread in . Tips tuff and dry snoots was crispy but only had very little sauce on one side and none on the underside . It seam like the snoots and tips was put in a spinner to slang the sauce off ? . Guess I'll have to get my Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce to help out what I have left . It definitely was the worse I have gotten from them , no smoke taste at all , more like baked , fried and layd to the side ?. Looks like I'll have to drive the extra miles to either Redds BBQ or St. Louis BBQ at West Florisant and Goodfellow . What a shame. ???Parking: The parking might be better if they remove the blocking gate on the parking lot side so it won't be so hard trying to find parking .
