My son enjoyed his breakfast. I wasn't hungry, way too early for me to eat.

This is one of the only eateries in this terminal at Lambert so I don't have many options. I chose the diner because of the chess theme. With 26 minutes to boarding, I didn't have much time to spare. The staff managed to get me seated, take my order, and serve me up within minutes. They were very polite, professional, and swift. From the host to the wait staff, runner, and cooks, things flowed smoothly. I have nothing but compliments on the quality of care and service demonstrated not only toward me but all the patrons.

So far service is garbage. Took forever to take our order and they are quite happy to say sit down, shut up and I’ll get to you at my convenience. The lady who seated us was super nice and accommodating…:but is no longer in sight.

*Update - received our food. Burger was good, onions could have been more carmelized but super minor. Fries could have been warmer. All in all good. Skip the cocktail and go with a beer. Cocktail was made by the same person dragging their feet on serving us.

Ordered to go while we waited for our plane. Had a cheeseburger and caprese grilled cheese. Both were good. I think the French fries were a little were almost undercooked. Ate due to recommendation from TSA staff.

Outstanding service from Krystal, environment (entire staff was amazing as well) and the food was delicious. We want to come back to St Louis just to eat here again. 10/10 for some of the best food ever had at an airport. Thank you!

Waitress had an attitude with everyone. Food had a hair in it. Multiple tables were still dirty after previous customers. You’re better off just getting something quick from the little stores nearby. Bartender had a better attitude though.

This was located in the airport and the service was excellent. The food was PHENOMENAL! The chef made pancakes from scratch and they were THE BEST pancakes I’ve ever eaten..perfection! The burgers were delicious as well. The staff was top tier. Highly recommend!

My husband and 2 adult kids had over 2 hours before our flight so we stopped by this restaurant. What a wonderful staff and food! My daughter needs gluten free so she ordered quinoa pancakes. They were out of quinoa (it was late morning) so the cook came out to ask if we had time. He was making more so it was going to take awhile. My son had flatbread pizza. We ordered the club sandwich but did not want avocado. We waited awhile so when she served us, she realized the avocado was on there. She took it back and returned with all new food. The food was delicious even though we had so problems. The server took off 5.00 because we had to wait so long. They also gave us our food in to go containers in case we had to leave for our flight, which I guess they do often.
I recommend if ever at the airport with a little time to eat at Kingside diner!

Easily the best restaurant in the terminal, which isn't hard here but this is a good diner on its own terms. Service was great, food well above average for an airport and the prices were pretty reasonable to boot.

Paying +6 to a 13 dollar burger to change it to an impossible burger is ridiculous.

Donald was AMAZING!!! I went to a different restaurant in the airport first, and the service was so bad that I left!! It was SOOOOO nice to get such AMAZING and FRIENDLY service after my previous experience!!! Food was delicious, too!!!! I will come here every time I come through this airport!!! #GiveDonaldARaise ?❤️
