Kingside Diner

Terrible customer service. Sat down in airport to have a coffee and take a plate to go for my flight, and was immediately told by server at bar if I’m getting anything to go, I have to pay up front and wait outside. Mentioned I have a flight next door and wanted to have a coffee while I wait o my food. Was told to pick up my bag that I’d left at the bar and wait outside. The restaurant was half empty and it was 6:00 AM. I’ll never return to this location again, which is right by a gate I fly out of every week.

First St Louis Airport you really need to do something drastic in C terminal. Choices are not good

The staff here are rude and inhospitable. They demanded I order something as soon as I sat down. They refused to bring me a water and give me a couple minutes to decide what to order. I left and went to NASCAR drafthouse where the server greeted me with a smile and a water and came back in 2 minutes to take my order. I'm in STL often but will not be back to Kingside due to the staff.

Best airport meal I’ve had in a long time. Got the biscuits and sausage gravy and they were so good! Plus, both the host and waitress were incredibly kind.

Our server Kevin was incredibly helpful, we had a lot of complicated orders with little kids and he came through the shining colors. The wings were delicious., so good, we put in an extra order

Solid food, fair prices and our waitress, Michaela was an absolute delight. She was super friendly and helpful, went above and beyond & set our travel day off in such a positive way!

We waited out our flight in this diner. The food was good, drinks were good, but the service was amazing. Every person working was happy, kind, and seemed to be genuinely enjoying working with the public which isn’t always fun. Our waiter was Imani and they were on top of everything and served with a smile.

Came in to grab a bite bc my sugar was low I was told to move from a clean table to a dirty one and they would clean it. So I sat at a different table. Again I was told to move I explained my blood sugar had dropped and I just wanted to order and go. They wouldn't take my order until I moved I said don't concern yourself I asked for the manger the man with pink hair told me he is the manager I asked if thats how they treat customers by having them play musical chairs that said if im not a party of 4 or more that thats their rules although there's no watier to sit you that could've easily been avoided I declined service and left horrible ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
