The macarons were amazing. I have a hard time finding macarons that have a light filling instead of a dense, rich filling which can over power the cookie in my opinion. These were spot on. I can’t wait to dive into this Pistachio Strawberry tart when I get home! (Also-what an amazing flavor idea for a Macaron!) I wish you were closer, but I will absolutely be visiting every time I am in St. Louis. Thank you!

There's several very fine patisserie places in Stl, but this is my favorite. They love what they do, and it shows. Everything I've tried has been exquisite. They get really busy on the weekends, but it's worth the wait. Or pop in during the week and find something to make the lunch break extra special.

I was invited to a tea party with my friend and her family. I have been here before, but the experience was even better. They moved locations and they improved the atmosphere even more. The selection of tea, sandwiches and pastries was great. The service was friendly and attentive. I would definitely visit again.

I am always impressed by the variety that this place offers at a decent price. One of my fave local businesses to support! My fave is the bacon cheddar corn muffin. So good, but you can’t really miss here! Love the whipped coffee. Great spot to meet with friends and trade bites so you can try everything.

I have to say, the customer service here is absolutely top-notch. This was my first visit to La Pâtisserie Chouquette, and I was completely blown away by the experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt transported to another place—like I had walked straight into a charming bakery in France. The interior is stunning, with an atmosphere that is both warm and elegant, and every detail is thoughtfully curated.

The energy in the air was incredible. Even though the line was long, the excitement and camaraderie among the customers made it enjoyable. Everyone was so cordial and happy to be there, which told me I was in the right spot. Conversations flowed easily, and I could feel the shared enthusiasm for the amazing bakery items being crafted behind the counter.

While waiting in line, I decided to try one of their potato loaves, and it became a fun moment of connection with those around me. The woman to my right ordered one as well, inspired by my choice, and the lady at the register to my left added it to her order at the last moment. It was such a unique and delightful experience that perfectly reflects the welcoming and communal vibe of this bakery.

As for the food—it is simply incredible. Everything tastes so fresh, natural, and thoughtfully made. It’s the kind of food that not only satisfies but also feels good for your body and soul. La Pâtisserie Chouquette is truly a gem, and I can’t wait to come back for more.

Walked in and thought I was in Europe someplace plush! The sweet aroma hijacked all my senses. I love when desserts are beautiful and delicious. The richness of the ingredients can be tasted individually. The butter, the Bourbon, and the pecans. My goodness, what a treat! Definitely a place to satisfy any sweet tooth. Well worth the cavity!
