Just got home from lumch by myself at this restaurant. This was my 3rd time to eat here in 3 years. I like their food. It is kind of on the plain side, but I don't like a lot of hot spicy food. Everything said about the service is true. I don't think the man (guess he's the owner) means to be rude. I think no matter how long he has been in this country, he just doesn't understand the social side of creating a dining experience people want to come back...
I order the Pho Biet and it was really good. The only problem that I have is that they charge NY and Atlanta prices for 1/2 of what you would get in those cities. I don't understand that.
After reading a lot of the comments I want to be the voice of reason with this establishment. As most people have posted the man who serves everyone may not always be super social. I can only imagine he is not only serving but also cooking each meal 11 hours a day. He simply takes your order and brings great tasting food to the table.
