I am loving the new manager here. The employees are pleasant. My king roast beef meal was amazing

My friend and I have been favorites of this delicious roast beef for decades.
But at this location we were saddened to be presented with roast beef that had so much gristle it was inedible.
So sad we will not return to that location.
I hope other chains don't follow this ones lead.

I went to lions choice last night and they were pretty busy. However a manager showed up and just jumped right in. I liked how she was able to walk in and already see where helped was needed. She directed everyone as I watch from dining room and before you know it she was picking out staff members telling them to go take a breather. I was later told that she was a general manager from my brothers neighborhood. I made sure to thank her before I left and even though she was busy she was very polite.
Very nice to see people still care enough about the crews to come help late at night like that. My Elcubano and turkey meal was delicious.

Great experience! Kara was at the counter, and she was so pleasant and helpful! And infectious — it literally made us happy to be there, especially after fighting our way through Costco on a Saturday! My wife and I both used to work as managers in customer service, and high praise like this doesn’t come lightly. Keep it up Kara, go make the world a happier place!

Also, the restaurant was very clean, and the food was very good, as usual.

Conner is an outstanding employee and an asset to any company. His guest service was top teir. This young man was definitely raised right. I would like to meet his parents just to shake their hand.

Update: guess my wife and I have been here enough that they recognize us.. yay! It's nice when you go to a place and they start some conversation with you. Makes it feel a lot more personal! But I stand by my original post: always great food! And personable staff!

I’m not sure if it was an off night or what, or if this is the new operating procedures for all Lion’s Choices. My biggest complaint is that the fries were completely limp and soggy. LC fries are normally perfect. The sign saying “ridiculously good” is just plain wrong. My minor complaints are that they have gotten rid of the ketchup pump. Using packs is totally unpractical. I’d wonder if it was for hygienic reasons but all the other condiments are still available in pumps. I’d also think the pumps are more cost effective. Buying in bulk should be cheaper. Also, why keep the Au Jus cups away from the public? Normally this is my location but I think I might look for another.

Good food friendly service Kara was exceptional at explaining the menu options gave great service!

Employees were terrific when I stopped in Thursday afternoon, I needed some plain roast beef (no bun) since one in our family has to eat gluten free, when I explained they said “we take that very seriously’ and she reminded the employee to change gloves for that part of the order, she also told me that lions choice had gluten free buns and the fries are also gluten free (fryer has to be kept gluten free). Needless to say my sister in law was impressed and the food was great, I am so glad I picked your restaurant!
