This was the best little caesar's pizza around the area and it is closed for some reason?
Wonder why all the little caesars are closing
Great pizza, extremely fast and cheap
Drove far to order; Ordered 6 pizzas with light sauce and cut twice. The employee was rude and i got hime and there was no sauce. I would've brung it back but it was my son's 10th Birthday and wanted it to be a special day.
This is the last one left around us, so its a bit of a drive but always worth it!
They are always in a hurry no matter what time of the day I come. I understand what its like to work in fast food and places where you need to be quick but there's ways to be quick and not feel rushed.
Deep dish pepperoni with red pepper on the side made me smile. No other pizza quite like it.
It's easy to get to and the crew is always nice.
Terrible customer service. Do not order from here.
I placed a online order it said “Fenton does not have online ordering here us where you order will be placed” 391 Watson. That is not near my house so I hopped on the phone 20 seconds later and called to tell them and see if they could transfer order to Fenton. They said no problem the order hasn’t even came over yet but we can’t refund you have to call corporate to get refund. Also said we would just have to call Fenton to order. He said they stopped the order and weren’t g

Bad customer service. Be ashamed
My family and i moved to Crestwood a little over two year's ago and go to this location very often. At first we have had nothing but good experiences when we first started going to this location, however each time we came to get some Hot-N-READY pizza's it seemed like the place is going down hill. I'm assuming its under new management and I've seen some new employees as well. The store manager Sean was always on top of his game. He always made sure there was HOT-N-READY items ready to go and were hot and fresh, always had great customer service and friendly to my children, always had a smile on his face, he could cut and box a pizza in a blink of an eye, all and all a great store manager that always went the extra mile to make sure his customers had a great experience. He was there almost everytime we went there to get some pizza's. He practically lived there but lately we haven't seen him which is a shame. It seems like the new management doesn't care about his customers. The last few times we came to this location was quite the experience. The first time we noticed that one of the employee didn't wash their hands after washing dishes and went straight to making pizza's, they had rap music blasting with profanity and inappropriate sayings that kids shouldn't be hearing, the employee's were cussing loudly and they didn't seem to even care that customers could hear. There was a few customers waiting for their food as well and we all just looked at each other in disbelief. The second time we came we walked in and waited at the register for a good 5 minutes before being helped. The employees were outside taking a break, once they finally saw me at the register waiting they came in (again didn't wash their hands) and the guy who took my order had a very strong odor of marijuana on him. I placed my order for two HOT-N-READY pepperoni pizza's and two orders of the crazy bread. They said it would be a two minute wait for the pizza's because they didnt have them ready and they were almost out of the oven. What was a two minute wait turned into a 15 minute wait. Once we finally got our food the employee never told us sorry for our wait and showed no signs of being sympathetic at all. This location is very poorly ran. Horrible customer service and management. So im writing this review in hoping the owner of this location can see this so he can address the problems going on at his business. It's a shame the old manager no longer is at this location. We never had any problems when he was working and seemed like everything was ran the way it should be. So if you like employees making your food without washing their hands, horrible customer service and employees making your food while on drugs this is the place to go!
As always, Little Ceasars has great pizza. In particular is their stuffed crust Extra Most Bestest pizza and their cheese bread is phenomenal. This location is conveniently located in a shopping plaza with multiple entrances and a stop light on Watson. Friendly staff and hot, fresh pizza.
Have been here three times since our local Little Caesars closed. Every single time I have a 20+ minute wait.
Pizza was good, but no hot'n'ready so had to wait.
