Disgusting, Ordered online got a #3 Fish Sandwich with fries and an Iced tea, Fries were cold and there was no ice in the iced tea, and still waited almost 15 mins when I went to pick up and the food was cold. The drive thru woman, was rude, and has no customer service skills, and the food was definitely not worth the price. Would give this no stars if I could.

We came in the evening and almost drove pass it thinking it might be close because the lights were dim and the main LJS sign Lights are in need of replacing. The bathroom was in need of attention but the main seating area was clean and inviting.

Bro food is amazing! 100/10, I love this placeThe first time I went to this location she was rude but this experience today was bad enough that I will not be coming back. She told me there would be a wait and that they were out of hush puppies which never bothered me at all, when she started to take our order she had an attitude and was raising her voice at me about if I wanted double fries, when I got to the 2nd meal, 2 fish tacos and fries she said she can’t do that they’re not doing that today, that means she has to turn the grill on. It was 12:30 pm so it was beyond me why the grill wouldn’t be on in the first place. I completed the order and she snapped at me and said she already told me it would be a long wait because she’s all by herself (which she had not) this employee has an attitude every single time and is consistently rude and the location is run like it has terrible or no management at all. I would drive all the way to Arnold before I let that woman talk to me disrespectfully over fish she applied to cook.

6pm on a weekday. They were mad that we even came. The door were locked n they were closed to dining in. Then after going through the drive thru n not getting any condiments I had to walk up to the window and wait forever it felt like only to get attitude from the girl! Probably won't be back!
The wait is worth it every time. Do not turn left, it takes forever to get back into traffic.The lady at the window is always so kind. She makes it worth it .Parking: Watch the holes

While there, I asked for sauce to go with my order, and I was told to get it from the dive through area. I was a little shocked by that, because we were the only two customers there. And as we were eating another customer came in, but couldn't place an oder because..NO ONE was there!!! So after about 5 minutes of stand there her left. And upon realizing we were the one's there, we got up and let two. I have no idea where the workers went. There were 2 when we came in. No clue where they went.

Out side lights were completely out. The fish tasted awful ,extremely poor quality, and cooked in cheap grease.However, the lady that took the order was the only positive thing.

I went through the drive thru. The parking lot was beat up real bad with many holes (I know that's beside the point but that's red flag #1). I ordered the 3 piece chicken meal with fries and a crab cake for my sister. It took about 5 mins after paying to get the food. I didn't mind because I assumed it was being Made fresh and that was what was taking so long. To my suprise the fries were old. Not cold... OLD. Like hours old. They weren't edible. The chicken definitely was not fresh. It was like warm and probably cooked 30 mins to an hour prior. Not disgusting but I definitely ate it. I did not eat the fries at all! I took a bite of 2 different fries and the consistency was so bad I spit it out. I don't expect much from long John silvers but I haven't been to one in years and I use to love the food. The entire chain has lost a customer for life. This wasn't worth it. The rest of my family went to chick fil a and I totally regretted not going.
