LuLu Chinese & Dim Sum

I used to go to this place about 20 years ago and it was pretty good! Not so much anymore. Everything was sticky and dirty. We ordered edamame which came out and rather than it's typical vibrant green color, was yellow and brown. We didn't wait for our entree and left $20 on the table and walked out. Absolutely disgusting experience.

Oof. I'd love to support a local business, but this was rough. Ordered orange chicken for takeout. It was completely inedible. At first I thought I just bit into a bad piece, but over and over, every bite of chicken was dry as a bone and as chewy as leather. I mean it when I say it was inedible; I had to dump it all in the trash. My wife's chicken and snow peas dish was at least edible, but bland - utterly flavorless and pale. Honestly some of the most astonishingly awful food I have ever had. Will not be coming back.

Fair prices. Lovely business and good food. Hard to find places that go above and beyond service but they do.

I tried this place out on a whim. Staff was super casual, way more than maybe they should have been, though quite helpful when I did need something. Atmosphere was nice but very cluttered. Food was excellent; I was stuffed and had to take half home for a second filling meal.

Ordered via Door Dash. They sent NO sweet and sour sauce which ruined my meal.

Have been there multiple times over the years! Delicious food! Highly recommend the soup! Good for a frosty day! Three people can eat the large portion! Most times we could pay around $20 for 2 people.

Very quiet. Service slow, 2 person team working the restaurant. Ordered Dim Sum and it was very tasty. Parking lot steep slant. Enjoyed the food a lot

I ordered my food online and sent someone in to pay using my debit card. I asked them to get me a soda but when they came back to the car, they didn't have it. The lady at the register told them that I didn't have enough money. That was not true. So we left without it. I got home and checked my account balance and I was charged $7 more than what my food costs in the first place.
I went back to the restaurant to dispute the charges. The lady knew exactly what my order was but claimed she did nothing wrong. She even went through the process of recreating my order but she couldn't come up with the total that I was charged. I will not come back here.

Got half my order wrong and it was all cold… would love to talk to someone

bro. i should have checked the reviews first. ordered on uber eats. pics looked fire. exactly what i was looking for. ordered hot braised chicken and chicken fried rice. it was def microwaved and there was nothing fried about my rice. it came out of a boil-in-bag meal from walmart. vegetable egg roll was cool. otherwise, not worth any of the money spent though. huge disappointment. got a refund, so shout out to uber.

If i could give 0 stars, i would. Usually people post reviews when unsatisfied but this was crazy. I ordered through UBER EATS and was denied a refund. There was an entire ROACH leg in my white rice. I was so disgusted i couldn’t dare force myself to eat the other foods I had ordered from this unsanitary place. I called the store and a woman literally hung up in my face. money just wasted!!
