My mother called to place a large order fot a babyshower and a man(sounded Caucasian) was very rude and hung up on. I called back after learning of this and asked for a manager. He said he was the manager, I then asked for OWNER he asked what did I want. I explained to him what he had just did..He said sure did and hung up on me. These people are very unprofessional and rude but want OUR dollars!!
Terrible customer service, rude, and I will not further patronize.
After supporting Macks Chicken for years, my review for them is now a one star. Over time the customer service has declined and prices continue to climb as paying customers are greeted with standing room only and tacky flyers posted all over the walls and counters. Do better Macks Chicken or better yet, take your establishment elsewhere. The North County community does not need you.
