Okay. The food was not bad. It was an average burger and the fries were actually pretty good. But it doesn’t deserve anything above two for the food. Service was very quick and we liked the atmosphere. However, and here’s the downfall; they charge an outrageous amount for condiments. I got a tiny little cup of honey mustard, mayo, and extra fry seasoning. It was $8.09 for those three condiments. And for just the two burgers, fries, and onion rings, it was $50. In this economy that should never be the price for a tiny meal like that!

Fries were very good, burger was decent but not worth the price at all for a thin burger that wasn't anything special.

Nice family atmosphere. Wait staff were polite. The burgers are indeed good. Kudos!
I like the "eat local" they promote, too.
But $60 for two burgers, two beers, and one side, no fries added.... c'mon guys.... the burgers aren't THAT good. They are pretty small and will leave you hungry. Hungry enough to buy a side of fries for $4. I'd rate this higher, but feel like it's way too expensive for what you get.

This restaurant is closed more than they are open. Good food if you can actually catch them.
I love the food here and the service is excellent. I’m on the fence on the atmosphere and here’s why: I love the TV set up and the division of the bar and the seating but it’s always loud because the acoustics are terrible. And there’s really no way to get away from that if you want to eat in the restaurant.
To be fair, it’s modified counter service so I’m usually not lingering, but I often walk out of there without saying much to the person I’m with other than ‘what?’
I will continue dining there because the food is A+, but some sound dampening would be nice.
Parking: There’s hotel lot is terrible, but there’s street parking and parking behind the building to the west.

The food was really good, the customer service was amazing.....BUT its was cold asf!! In there, that was the only downfall. That's the reason for the only 3 stars, couldn't really relax and enjoy the meal. We basically ate faster than we usually would. Other than that we will go back, but when it's warmer.
Parking: Wasn't very crowded when we went, so parking was more than available

$1.50 for "local organic hydroponic Boston bib lettuce," food is as good as Steak n Shake, costs as much as Ruth's Chris, and the vibe is just somewhere between TGI Fridays and Chuck E Cheese.

The food is quite mid especially for the price. When I bit in my burger it was mostly lettuce and bread and two very small pieces of meat. The chili cheese fries were a small portion and it was quite soggy and cold when I got to eating it. I think I would rather have had a better meal at a Steak N Shake location. 2 burgers and 2 sides, 1 beer, 1 milkshake was $68.

If only the food tasted as good as the atmosphere here. Let me start with saying that I asked for recommendations before ordering. Ended up ordering what was called the 'Dirty Beef' burger and added bacon. First, the name it's self is not very appealing to the pallet. But I was going to do my best to look past that. Unfortunately that proved more difficult than possible. One bite of this burger and I was absolutely disgusted. The burger was extremely over seasoned, dry, not juicy, no sauce, nothing on it but jalapenos, bacon and pepper jack cheese. Apparently, I misread/misunderstood the menu and thought there was a maple bourbon sauce but that's just what the jalapenos were soaked in.
I returned to the counter to let her know I wasn't pleased with a dry burger and asked for a sauce recommendation, I ended up with garlic aloi. That just made it worse. So there my burger sat on the plate on our table, with just two small bites taken, moved to the outer corner of the table.
Every single server walked by multiple times throughout the next hour and not one of them stopped to ask if our food was ok or if there was something wrong with the burger sitting there, obviously not being eaten. Granted, I could have gone back to the counter or flagged someone down. But at this point I was beyond hangry and irritated and didn't want anything else because I didn't feel that it was worth my appetite. I'd rather go hungry than be deflated by another crappy burger offering. This was the worst $30 mistake of food I've ever made. Will NOT return here ever again. Do NOT recommend.

To go orders are not particularly quick, but also don't take a reasonable amount of time. The vegetarian burger is OK. The rip fries are really good.
