I usually don’t leave reviews, but I believe this experience should be shared. I visited this restaurant two months ago and was served expired chicken. When I politely pointed it out, the employee argued with me instead of apologizing. It was disappointing, and I decided I would not return.
However, I came again today hoping things had improved. Unfortunately, we waited for 40 minutes before being told that our order had been completely forgotten. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and care for customers.
I am not trying to be rude, but basic courtesy and proper food handling are expected in any restaurant. Sadly, I did not experience either here. I truly hope the management takes this seriously and makes improvements, but I will not be returning.

Fantastic food, especially the lentil soup. We had two chicken dishes (chicken shawarma and shish tawuk). The Turkisk coffee was wonderful, too. The interior is very colorful and cozy; it feels like you've been transported to the Middle East. Very nice folks there. Highly recommend!

Such wonderful food. My partner and I were looking for something healthy but still hearty, and this place hit the spot. We’re both vegetarians and are so happy with all the options this restaurant had. Tabbouleh was fresh, hummus was incredible, and the falafel was filling and flavorful. Thank you for providing us with such a lovely meal- we’ll be ordering again!

Through a mix-up by their 3rd party online to-go service, I ordered food on a day they were closed for a family party. When I called about the issue, they made my order anyway!
I have always thoughts they had some if the best food in the city-- the vegetarian platter and the lamb! But now I can confirm that they also have some of the best customer service! Thank you guys!

I always come here to eat shawarma w my sister. We like the theme and big space, the portion size is good but the prices are noticeably higher than the other Mediterranean restaurants. The service is good and they’ll prepare your food quick :)

The food is so good. One time I got the wrong order on accident, and I was honestly not that upset, because every dish is delicious. Lentil soup and falafel sandwich are my regulars, absolutely no notes. Amazing, perfect.

I’ve been getting the vegetarian appetizer platter for years, and every time I think it’s better than before (ask for thin bread instead of thick). Good reviews on the menu items friends order too. Cozy inside (the times I’ve dined in). Keep up the good work!

I've driven by this place so many times and never realized what a gem it was inside. The decor is absolutely gorgeous. There are so many different drinks to choose from everything from coconut milk to guava juice to yogurt drinks. The food is incredibly delicious.

Wow!! How am I just discovering this place? My entire group was thrilled with their food. We had baba ganoush and musabija as appetizers, and they were delicious. The musabija tasted like tahini on the bottom with chick peas and amazing olive oil on top. So good on the rice, if there's any left when you get your meal. The Syrian chicken is off the bone and in a kinda sweet tomato broth. Delightful! Others had sandwiches, shawarma, and curry.and were very happy. The portions are large. Finally, we ended with the kunafa dessert. My husband and I had had it in Turkey this summer and were thrilled they had it. So so good. In sum, get to this restaurant sooner rather than later!!

My husband and I came here one day for lunch. I had gotten the chicken kefta and he got a falafel sandwich and it was so yummy and the quality was really good for the value of the price. We really enjoyed and can’t wait to come back to st Louis to have food again and try more on the menu

Hi! I just wanna preface this by saying that I have ate from here a lot, and I usually get the leg of lamb which is nice, but I decided to try out their shawarmas since I heard good things. First, I ordered a chicken shawarma, and let me say, as a middle eastern, this is way below average for a 9 dollar shawarma. it was extremely dry, not a single smear of thoum, and not well seasoned. I was disappointed, but had hope for the 2nd shawarma which was the beef. the texture was weird, like overcooked and dry. it had the texture of cooked kidney or liver if you’re familiar with that. and way under seasoned. I was just dissatisfied to get this experience after a long day of craving a normal shawarma. I hope that I just ordered on a bad day.
