Driving through about 9:00 last night. Drive thru took about twenty minutes for a McChicken and fries. I got the s&s I wanted but no ketchup, no salt, and not even z single napkin. On top of that they charged me 50 cents for a small glass of ice water. Not the McDonalds I've expected

Do not come here. Hands down the worst McDonalds I’ve ever encountered, and I’ve visited locations in probably 30 states and 5 countries. Half hour wait in the drive through line for 3 cars, bun so stale it might’ve been a year old.

Waited like 10 minutes before finally asking a person to serve us. (Me and my friends) and seeing a worker just sitting on her phone with earbuds in and seeing the workers just ignoring us waiting to order. When we finally got to order, the cashier had earbuds in and could barely hear our order. Food overall was tasty but service wasn't good.

I always order every now and then 2 for $4.69 Sausage egg and muffins. I know how it tastes like, when you order from this location you need to check the food quality. Today I ordered as usual by mobile app, they give me the order within 3 minutes. I liked the fast service. But as soon I bite the sandwich it tasted very sour couldn’t even swallow. The sandwich was soggy and it might be the egg or sausage went bad. Check your food before you eat. From this location.

I sat at the drive thru window for 20 mins waiting for my 3 burger and basket for fries. No one even acknowledged me or communicated what is going on with my food. While in the line waiting I heard 2 females arguing in the back. They stated “ and I’m closing early and not taking anymore orders. The shift manger was yelling and stating that she was going to snap out and the service was horrible. McDonald’s is one of my favorite places and to be so disappointed and unimpressed with the service and the effort the employees gave is truly saddening.

This McDonald’s every time I go there the fries are always bad on fried all through. They always mess up my food never give my food order right and now on top of that they had took a bite of my chicken nugget and gave it to me.

I walk in this morning and order coffee at the kiosk. The staff is fighting with. Customers and after 25 minutes and repeatedly being ignored I left without my coffee or a refund because I have to go to work.This isnt the first time I've gone to this McDonald's, paid, and left with nothing because the staff is cussing out customers.I want my money back lol

Placed my curbside pickup order at 10:22. Checked in at 10:29. Waited 15 minutes in my car. Finally gave up and went inside- my food had not been made yet. Had to wave down an employee and ask where my food was. Did not have it in hand until after 11 AM and asking multiple times where it was. The whole time I stood in the store, listening to the employees yell at each other. I do not believe I would have gotten my food unless I had gone inside. Please do not offer curbside if that is not actually a service that is provided. Thank you.

One of the worst McDonald's in the area. Food is NEVER fresh and the managers are unreasonably rude. This McDonald's has gone down the drain over the years and really needs new management.

UPDATE 3/14/24Picking up two Uber eats orders a little after midnight and there is a new sign in the window that says the overnight business will be available Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays... Yet and still there is no one at this window or at the intercom and online it definitely shows his open 24 hours!!I'm beyond disappointed at this location. It's definitely going down hillHaven't eaten McDonald's in years, but I wanted to see what the new Crispy Chicken sandwich was all about. Only 2 Cars ahead of me, then I pull to the intercom and say, "hi, may I have the new Crispyy Chicken sandwich meal w/a coke with light ice please and that'll be all". She gives my total and tells me pull to the window. I give her my card and she gives it back along with my receipt (which reads Spicy chicken sandwich ???)...I'm already thinkin the worse, but hopin she just pressed the wrong button. Nawwww, next window the guy repeats," spicy chicken sandwich meal!" I immediately say, that isn't what I ordered sir-i requested the regular crispy sandwich. They fixed it, but the sandwich looked as if it's crispy outer layer was soft bc of the condensation from inside the bad?....all in all, it was still good, but it looked NUTHIN like the pics or commercials lhhbvs-Popeyes and KFC did pretty good with this

One of the slowest around. They will ask you to wait to "catch up" before they will take your order, then have a "shift change", you'll wait and you'll be stuck in line for half an hour.

Went there on a Sunday, placed an order at 10:55am. Drove up, did not get my food until almost 11am. No one was served including the drive through for about 30 min. Did not even see anyone making food for a long time up front. Did not see anyone drop fries for almost 25min. Not many customers in there, workers were loud and messing around in the back. Most of the customers in there looked homeless. After I did get my food it was cold. Absolutely terrible place.
