Normally, I don’t write a review, but sometimes you got to do better and make it make sense. If you do a mobile app order and you pacifically, tell them exactly what you want on your burger why will it still come out incorrect? Not only was the sandwich incorrect, but it was old. The cheese was old, dark and yellow it Should have been thrown away two hours ago. Very unsatisfied customer, couldn’t cook dinner due to power outage in my area and then I get home with my food and it’s incorrect, very disappointed. When you do better, you will be better.

I used my app to pre order one of the deals which was for the shakes & deserts. Only to find out they don't have any ice cream at all. Oddly enough on the app it said they did. So here I am all ready & waiting for a shake & mc flurry , but when I pull up to window to pick it up, they were like I'm sorry we don't even have ice cream here I can give you a refund. I said look what else do you have she offered a frappe. Which was ok & nice of her it's not her fault. So I got one caramel & one mocha. Out of the two the caramel was better. Nonetheless I had had ice cream in my brain, so nothing compared, but it got me through.Anyways if your thinking about ice cream forget it here.Wouldn't want you or your kids to have to suffer without ice cream on the road trip, so just know they don't have ice cream here.The restroom was clean as well.

Hands down the worst McDonald's I have ever been to I was overcharged. The refund was given in cash. They tried to hand me the wrong food twice. It took an hour and ten minutes to get twenty mcnuggets and a large doctor
