McDonald's should tell you before they take your money that your order won't be ready when you get to the pickup window. They don't tell you before you pay because you might cancel the order. When I got to the pickup window, I got my drink. How, I was told my pies weren't ready and asked to move up to the third window. I asked how long it would take because I didn't want to wait. McDonald's on Bellefontaine needs serious improvements(new management). The on duty manager needs to take some chill pills & learn how to speak respectfully to her subordinates and treat customers better.
