Very long drive thru lines. Went inside but due to renovations there is no seating so be prepared to stand for your pick up order. The staff were pleasant and apologized for the inconvenience to everyone which was nice. Can't wait to see what it will look like when it's complete.

The drive-thru is a bit chaotic at times. One night, in particular, it took over 30 minutes to get our food, but the staff was short-staffed and very apologetic. They were still in great spirits, although other customers were quite rude to them.

We ordered in the app and didn't know the dining room was closed so we tried to go through the drive-thru to get our food and they made us go back around the building and pick up from the back door. The woman over the intercom with the rudest person we've encountered in St Louis. There was a delay getting our food because they gave part of our order to a different customer, we had to beg for condiments, and then they didn't give us silverware for big breakfast and...
