I got cussed out in the drive thru when I told the worker I was given someone else’s order. Then told I needed to pay again and reorder inside at the kiosk. So I not only got ripped off but also cussed out. Cute.

I Order my food on the app and chose the curbside pick up option. I parked in designated parking spot and noone never came out with my food. When I went inside to pick it up I had to wait another 10 minutes. Terrible customer service.

Tried to get breakfast here this morning. The lights are on and they're only serving door dashers. Literally. Drive thru menus? On. Will they answer and tell you they're not taking orders? No. I only discovered this by watching a dasher leave with drinks.

This is literally the worst location I've ever visited. That's saying a lot.We waited, along with about 15 other cars, in the drive-thru line while NOBODY in either lane was acknowledged.In the course of our 30 minute wait (before we and others have up and left), we witnessed 2 orders taken.
