McDonald's receives mixed reviews. Some customers appreciate the option to customize orders, such as an egg mcmuffin without the muffin, but suggest the addition of gluten-free options. However, there have been issues with orders being forgotten or stolen, and cleanliness of the restaurant, including sticky tables and a broken ice maker. Despite these issues, the staff is recognized for their quick response in resolving problems, such as re-making orders in a timely manner even during busy hours.
