This coffee shop is quite busy being in the Mid Campus location. There was a long line when I got to the shop, but the service was fast, so I did not wait that long for my coffee and pastry. I ordered my typical iced caramel latte with the walnut banana cake- both were so good. I highly recommend their pastries. They're good! If you're a university student or work for the hospital and need a place to enjoy your cuppa and do work, this shop has plenty of seating and charging areas.

Food is decent. Service is alright - a little bit on the slower side but it can get pretty busy. I'd recommend ordering online if you're in a rush. Servers are pretty nice most of the time. Food is overpriced.

The Kaldis here is a bit expensive but it's a convenient place to grab coffee and a snack. Some of the staff aren't always friendly but the manager with the long beard is always very kind! The MCC building other than that houses different offices and other employee areas for WASHU people. Really nice building inside and out.
