The food was excellent. Thank you guys for ensuring my husband enjoyed his Birthday dinner.

I planned a birthday celebration dinner for my wife's 50th birthday. I made the reservations months in advance and spoke to someone several times. Never was I told about the one check rule. I was told upon arrival. We were a party of 16. We were assigned one waitress who needed assistance but was never provided any. In fact, she was managing other tables at the same time. This led to her being unavailable alot, food being delayed and a 3.5 hour stay. She offered no assistance when asked to break out the bill by guest. We were still willing to adhere to the one bill policy. Just needed to know who ordered what. Needless to say, she pretty much went MIA at this point. Our table had an $1,800 bill but were treated as though we'd spent $18. Needless to say, none of the attendees have a desire to visit Morton's again.

We were able to get a table in the bar for one of there bubbles and bites specials that was very good. They noticed one of our plates was overcooked before they brought it out and immediately told us and compensated us for it before we even said anything. They have great waiters and bar tenders and the service was top tier. Definitely recommend.

Food and service were excellent. Was a birthday celebration and even received a special menu for the occasion.

I wanted to share feedback from our recent visit. When we arrived, we waited quite a while before being told to seat ourselves. Unfortunately, the service continued to be disappointing. Our waiter entered our order incorrectly. We intended to order the bubbles and bites package — I ordered the burgers and my husband ordered the chicken sliders — but only one combo was entered. We were told the order could not be corrected, which meant my husband didn't get the same experience. The food presentation was also poor, as the sliders box wasn't even folded properly. My husband was told he would receive four chicken sliders but only received three. He also requested one crab cake and was given two instead. We paid over $100 for an experience we did not receive. We drove 40 minutes to dine here and truly expected better hospitality, accuracy, and care in service.

Reserved under the chautebriand steak special, after seated informed by waiter they ran out of the steak special on 12/27. Ordered off menu; Caesar salad (good), lobster bisque(good), filet mignon x2 (excellent), sides creamed spinach & sour cream mashed potatoes (good), desserts key lime & crème brûlée (poor). Total bill $240, OVERPRICED for the cancelled special, the delayed services ( from taking order, to removing wine glasses, to needing to request fresh pepper vs. being offered, to clearing the table between serving) and overall quality of food. Served at several high end steak restaurants, this was on the low end for experience. Will definitely not return and continue at places who never disappoint, such as Capital Grill. Maybe being located in a deteriorating casino was a red flag to celebrate New Year's Eve in a supposedly reputable steakhouse. Lesson learned.......

Emelia was perfect! She made awesome suggestions. We plan to visit again soon and request her.

The filet mignon was great! The ribeye ok and the loaded baked potato was fantastic. I give the soup and salad a B+ The margarita 🍹 was top shelf! The cheesecake a D. The team that waited on us was great! The photo and acknowledgement of our date night made it special! The ambiance set the tone for our fun night out!

All of our food was over cooked. The restaurant was smelled like an ashtray. To much smoke from the casino. Our steak, lobster and desert was over cooked.

Food was excellent. The ambience is meh. It is a carpeted run down establishment that is too bright for fine dining. The smokey environment from the casino kills the higher end vibe. The food was fab but the ambiance felt a bit cafeteria-like.

I was very disappointed in the service and food at this Morton's. I have yet to have a bad experience at Mortons until now. Our waitress visited us a total of 5 times including taking order and bringing the ticket. We had to request the 1 refill we each got. For a “high end” steakhouse with prices of around $100 per plate I would expect much better service. The food was a bit disappointing and the steak was just warm, not hot.

Our 1st time in St Louis...we found Morton's Steakhouse. We enjoyed our time and our meal. Everyone so nice, polite and the servi e was impeccable. Thank you Morton's for a memorable date night.

Poor support for the waiter, drinks late, no follow up after serviced and no clearing of dishes after dinner until the check came

I love going to Morton's every time. I'm in downtown St. Louis. I know it's gonna be a great steak and a great atmosphere.
