The filet mignon was great! The ribeye ok and the loaded baked potato was fantastic. I give the soup and salad a B+ The margarita 🍹 was top shelf! The cheesecake a D. The team that waited on us was great! The photo and acknowledgement of our date night made it special! The ambiance set the tone for our fun night out!

All of our food was over cooked. The restaurant was smelled like an ashtray. To much smoke from the casino. Our steak, lobster and desert was over cooked.

Food was excellent. The ambience is meh. It is a carpeted run down establishment that is too bright for fine dining. The smokey environment from the casino kills the higher end vibe. The food was fab but the ambiance felt a bit cafeteria-like.

I was very disappointed in the service and food at this Morton's. I have yet to have a bad experience at Mortons until now. Our waitress visited us a total of 5 times including taking order and bringing the ticket. We had to request the 1 refill we each got. For a “high end” steakhouse with prices of around $100 per plate I would expect much better service. The food was a bit disappointing and the steak was just warm, not hot.

Our 1st time in St Louis...we found Morton's Steakhouse. We enjoyed our time and our meal. Everyone so nice, polite and the servi e was impeccable. Thank you Morton's for a memorable date night.

Great experience food was amazing and great customer service. This nice guy that worked there not sure if he was a manager or what but he even took me and my friends a very nice photo & printed all of us one out that was so nice i highly recommend this place i went for my birthday

Service was terrible. They need to train their staff. One guest had to wait at least 5 minutes for appetizer after salads to others. Same thing happened with main entree, so everyone waited to start each time. Main entree was brought to table while app plates not cleared. We had to do ourselves and stack on the table. and sat until someone woman came over to bring the other guests entree. Wrong cook time given to 2 for steaks given to 2 of us. Had to ask for steak knives as were taken with our salads. They ran out of wine we had ordered of first bottle when asking for a second. Out of one of dessert offerings. Water not kept filled until almost empty. Menus sat on table for a long time after ordering. Just really disappointing, especially for a restaurant of that caliber.

Food was amazing! Service was above and beyond for our date night! The Date Night picture given to us was just extra special. I was skeptical since it was in the casino, but I was beyond impressed!

Our dinner at Morton's could not have been better. Our waitress, Erica, was fantastic. The food was delicious. We had oysters on the half shell, (fresh, fresh, fresh), split a Greek salad and I had the small filet and my daughter had bourbon salmon. We were both pleased. In fact, I brought my leftover steak home and served it to my husband the following day and he said it was the best steak he's ever had. And he's had a lot. Oh yeah, I highly recommend the “Mortini” with blue cheese olives. Yum

The kitchen clearly doesn't want to cook/ prep. seafood. 4 visits - 4 times it's taken nearly an hour to get RAW oysters. Servers have to apologize for the kitchen non stop and it's a consistent issue. I assume they want you to cancel the order (like we have had to do twice!) even waiting 40 minutes to order entrees after ordering the oysters (as an appetizer) the entrees come out at the same time! -Head chef needs fired. Doesn't know how to run a kitchen or how to oversee time management. Overall Scores: Servers- A Hosts- A+ Management of front of house- A Food - A Kitchen- F Kitchen Management - F-

Management failed to respond to a loud and inappropriate customer and instead gaslit me when a concern was raised about my dining experience. Multiple customers were disturbed, forcing one table to get up and leave. It was the most uncomfortable dining experience I've ever had. Won't be returning.

Whoever was my waitress deserve a bonus on her check she did a really good job with hospitality and communication

Food was delicious and our server was contientious. The manager came to our table and we spoke with him awhile. He was great and made us feel special.
