On a Frida knowing it's their most busy day running out of food I don't get it, its a restaurant people have and expectations to drive to a place to get what they want and get there for them to say we're out Ribs, rib tips mostly everything and the place still had two hours before they close, you have to do better in what you need to run a restaurant that's bad for business I was very disappointed.

You cannot call or order in. You have to place it online, not everybody. Is computer literate enough to place orders online? Then you get there which takes you about 15 to 20 minutes and you still have to wait in your car an hour before the food is ready. This is horrible along with the white girl who gives awful customer service and needs to learn how to talk to people

I have been going to Ms. Piggies' Smokehouse for a very very long time. The food is absolutely incredible!! I like the ribs, chicken and everything! I went there on my lunch break on Friday, 16 February - I have never had an issue with service until I placed an order with this big white tall female that was taking orders. She had a big mouth and was very rude. I think her name was Trendy - this is the name that was on my receipt. I was in a hurry to get my food and she kept giving her unwanted loud mouth opinion telling me that I should have left work early. When another customer came in - she rudely and bluntly said, "Move back!"She is a very ignorant person with no manners.At this time because of her stupidity, I told her to refund my money. This same big mouth loud woman said, "Your order will be ready in a few minutes". Because of negative words, I demanded my money back. Why should I spend all this money and this crazy chick can't shut her poisonous mouth. It's shameful that Ms. Piggies' Restaurant lost a big order because of a loose loud-mouth cannon.Upon returning my money I found out she had trouble counting, I had to tell her how much to return to me - she was getting confused and couldn't figure out a simple task. I am a nice person with a lot of empathy but she was very disrespectful and loud-talked me in front of customers.Sorry owners of this fine restaurant that I had to ask for a refund but why do you have this unstable person taking orders, knowing that she should be in the back cleaning instead of in front taking orders. I will visit your establishment in the future but I pray you have a professional person with high moral and standards and a quiet mouth who treats customers with respect. You have the wrong person working for you taking orders.She is hurting your business......you lost a lot of money that day! This big mouth chick is not worth it! Re-train her and enroll her in a sensitivity course...if she don't want to act right - there are other people you can hire who will treat people right!Parking: You can park up close to the front of the restaurant!

I like Ms.Piggies. The food is always hot, delicious and fresh. The owners are very friendly and make you feel appreciated. Their staff member Stacy that works the cash register is just a jewel. Stacy Always, and I mean ALWAYS gives you personable service, kindness and makes sure your order is correct. Good portions and prices. Give this place a try and you won't regret it.
Can’t comment on atmosphere cuz I wasn’t there.My wife and I live in Chicago. My daughter also lives there but separately. She was at your place Wednesday and you guys gave her a good, tight package complete with plenty of sauce in case TSA wouldn’t let the sauce container through, being all liquid and …stuff.We have great bbq here in Chi-town. Gotta say yours rivals ours. Awesome flavors and most importantly, tremendous quality of meat. Man, best I’ve had in a while on that front.Motivates me to do a circuit here in my hometown!Keep at it! Gotta keep the best places open!Cheers!
