AMAZING Best new restaurant of the year Finally I went to a place where the staff was friendly and nice. Don't miss out on the incredible green soup Or the ice cream Both off the charts awesome The salads could not be any fresher Good luck deciding which one to order. Thank you for opening the best salad restaurant in St. Louis

I love the concept and have been waiting for a place with good salads to open in Saint Louis since I moved here. It was a decent salad, but I was really disappointed that for $18 (no add-ons or drink) they only fill half of the container. I went in knowing it'd be more expensive bc it's one of the few, if not the only, places of its kinda in St. Louis and you pay for the on-site grown lettuce, but I was still shocked by how little lettuce they put in the container. I waited to write this review until a friend asked to go a second time, just to make sure it wasn't a one time mistake or a light-handed employee. It happened both times. I can't justify coming back unless this problem changes.

$18 for a salad I was expecting it to be a nice sized salad. It's about the same size as the half order of salad from bread co. I ordered the Thai Chicken and I comes with exactly 1 slice of avocado. The peanut sauce is extremely salty. I recommend adding Lime to your salad and jalapeño for a kick, if available. The greens were delicious. Definitely not the spot of you're hungry, great for a very light lunch when you don't want to spoil your dinner!

Neon Greens, the new St. Louis Salad Spot, is keeping us healthy with crisp greens and no pesticides. This spot is so ground breaking for our community. It’s both a hydroponic farm with a salad restaurant concept. The idea of chowing on freshly harvested greens right next to where they're grown is fan freaking tastic.By utilizing hydroponics and indoor agriculture, STL can have local produce year-round regardless of weather or climate. Also, Neon Greens uses 75% less water and zero pesticides due to the indoor climate. The repurposed space grows as much food as three acres of land! Dayum! The menus rotate with the farmer's seasons so there are different options and an array of flavors at different times of the year.I built my own salad and enjoyed their tomato soup with those magical gluten free biscuits.

Yes, yes, yes!! There are some places with good salads on their menus in St Louis, but no real SUPER solid places that only do salads. Thank you, Neon Greens, for scratching this itch! The spot is stylish and trendy. The menu is decently vast with pre designed salads, and endless options exist for create your own. The staff was all warm and super friendly. Upon telling them it was our first time, and how excited we were upon simply seeing our finished salads we took to go; we were even given some complimentary cheese bread. We ordered the chilled curry, and the umami crunch. Both fantastic, but the umami crunch was definitely the favorite. Will be hard to not just order that one again next time in. We are, however, determined to try every salad on the menu!

Great idea for health options! Love that they had the fresh greens on-site. However, it is really pricey. I get it- good, fresh ingredients aren't cheap. But for two people for two salads and one plain ice cream (no drinks) it was $46. And the salads aren't huge. So- again, great option, but prob out of my price range to visit often. It's a quick-service place with no waitstaff, very crowded/limited seating, and pay parking... but the food was good!

Very cute place, gives LA vibes. Friendly staff, clean inside. Very fresh ingredients... However, the only compliant I have is the price. Way too high

So glad to get a salad spot, it's so hard to find a good salad in STL that's not drowned in ranch or provel.
