It was delicious and unique. I’ve never eaten Uni like this. Wasabi is used in most courses, be warned. A true STL gem, uniquely intimate with only 6 seats at the sushi bar. It’s just you, Chef Nobu and his wife, son, and a server Emma. Service was impeccable. Wine pairing was a plus. Reserve ahead!

Without a doubt, Nobu's is the finest Japanese cuisine experience I've ever had. Possibly the best dining experience overall. Everything was beautiful, thoughtful, and delicious!
