We sat in the bar. I think there were too many tables seated for one server. The new burgers were tasty but combined with the fries, way too salty. Smash burgers are normally thin and a bit crispy. These weren't but still good. We'll skip the fries next time.

I would this was only my second time of having O Charley's n first visit to this restaurant.Very friendly atmosphere n our waitress was superb..Very sweet n polite .We need people like her..Definitely will have to go their again......

Service was very good. The food wasn't great, but it wasn't awful. I had a half order of the baby back ribs with asparagus and mac n' cheese. The ribs had brown sugar coating which I could barley taste. The tendinous of them was okay. They weren't tough, but I've defiantly had more tender ribs elsewhere. The mac n' cheese was bland. I did really like the asparagus. I which it had come with more. I did order a slice of the caramel pie for dessert....
