Went in during hours listed. Kid just shook his hair and said, "We not open." And turned his back to me and wouldnt answer when I asked when they open. The door was unlocked, the hours listed say its open.

If i could give zero stars i would. Me my wife and two year old were the only people in line to order food. The two women that served my family were very short and rude. Rushed me through my order. And seemed disgusted with everything that we ordered. I placed my order first. The younger woman seemed aggravated because she couldnt understand my english and was very rude . I then placed the order for my two year old. After i placed the order for my son a woman walked up behind us waiting to place her order. The older woman then skipped over my wife and took the order of the woman behind us. I had to call the younger woman away from the register to take my wifes order since they seemed to not care. very rude.. and unprofessional. Both women shouldnt have their job if they dont like their job ?‍♂️. Smh Will never eat here again… oh yea and we ordered noodles and broccoli for my son. There was one piece of broccoli and about 6 pueces of some unedible garnish disguised as broccoli.. stay away from this place

I want to start off in saying that all the service was fine until I got to the cashier (if the service was being rated solely on her it would be 1 star), that being said and she was possibly having a bad day. Anyway they were out of a lot of non food items, they didn't have ANY DRINKS (no fountain drinks or bottled drinks), no chop sticks, and apparently no napkins. They have less selections of food than a stand alone restaurant. And finally the cashier was rude, and short with me, and I was not being rude or mean to her, she had a serious attitude, like it was my fault they were out of stuff. Anyway I ended up not eating there (which was my plan) because I didn't have a drink or chop sticks. So my food was cold and not as tasty as it otherwise would probably have been a little better. Honestly I didn't feel that great after eating it, something that I ate from here may have upset my stomach after eating it. I will also be rating this with the receipt survey to make sure they are aware as well.

As I was ordering the lady who took my order sounded very annoyed while taking my order. As I told her I wanted a drink I couldn't understand what she said and misunderstood the lady and said something I thought she was asking. She then rolls her eyes as I answer and said "large or medium" very rudely. Her name was Jen. Overall the food was good and fast service.

If I could I would give 0 stars, but unfortunately I can't. Please don't EVER order from the Panda Express in the Galleria. So I ordered my food online. When I revived the food almost an hour later, I noticed I didn't have the drink I paid almost $3 for , and mind you I had to buy this drink to make the order over $10 so I could have it delivered. Then I was already annoyed enough, the messed up my order. AS WELL AS the small little things like sauce and service-ware wasn't even in the bag. Like I was going to let go of the fact my drink wasn't there that I had to buy to make $10, but then they completely screwed everything else up. I've been trying to get a refund and put on hold with customer service for the past hour. I could understand if the workers at Panda Express told the delivery person that they didn't have the item but I didn't receive any heads up on any of my missing items. Won't ever go back again and neither should anybody else. This is not the first time they messed up my order WHILE they were making the food right in-front of me. I never had to put a review this bad before.Never again!

The lady serving the food was very cheap with the portions she serve orange chicken and teriyaki chicken, when she served it she started taking meat out the plate giving just 3 pcs. Of teriyaki chicken and small portion of orange chicken also if you don’t want to work don’t work that way we don’t have to take your bad service.

Their rude here &the food is old ¬ fresh&they don't give you free refills on your fountain sodas either when you buy one&they charge you full price if you want a refill on your fountain soda. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE EVER AGAIN.

Today is Tuesday 11:10 a.m and the black chic working the register already has an attitude. It's too early for that. She rolled her eyes the entire time she was making my food like she had a problem so I didn't even get the food. Negative vibes have an effect on the whole process and even the food. She needs discipline or need to choose a job she like.

Felt extremely rushed to place our order, even though we were the only ones in line. It's not like we sat there for a long time either, I was simply asking the kids what they wanted.Maybe they were just having a bad day. The food was good and fresh.
