Papa John's in St. Louis

“We ordered a pizza online. I checked three times to make sure I set the pickup time for 6:00 p.m. either somehow that got reset to ASAP or I kept reading the number wrong. Either way, the GM reached out to me and offered to take off half the purchase price since the pizza sat for an hour. In my eyes, this goes way above and beyond. They truly care about the customer, and I really love that.

Because of this we will order more pizza here soon and I'm leaving a great review.

“A few days back my cell phone fell out of my jacket and into the street as I got in my car and drove away from a students home. Shortly thereafter a driver from this location was delivering a pizza in the same neighborhood saw my phone, stopped to pick it up and actively sought its owner. I havent had the pizza here because I dont live close, but the employees are honest. That says a lot nowadays. Thank you.“

“We were doordashing and when we pulled up to the Papa John's there was probably about a half a dozen people there when we walked in there was two employees one of the employees was not trying to really get any orders out like he really didn't want to be there I take it but there was another employee there by the name Varney and I'm going to tell you that this man needs to be recognized for his work this man put out half a dozen people in less than 5 minutes by his self the other guy was working on one order for the whole time we were there 5 minutes it took this guy just to put toppings on a pizza I don't know his name I don't care for his name but I do really want to put this out that Varney is 110% about putting out orders that is hot and he does not want any complaints he stopped a bachelor trying to walk out of the door without the pizza and a bag as cold as it is out and raining he let that Dasher know that he's going to put that pizza in a bag because he was not going to get any phone calls about anybody else's errors I really highly suggest that did this man is recognizedbecause if you can put out as many customers as he did by himself you do not want to lose an employee like that his name is Varney the Papa John's that we attended to was in downtown St Louis off of gravois Loughborough“
