Ordered food 2 nights in a row and never received either order. This place is garbage
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!! The only reason I’m giving one star is because you have to !! After spending 60$ on pizza and being told it would take 45 minutes to be delivered we still haven’t received our food 21/2 hrs later so after 20 times calling and finally getting an answer the most rude girl answers the phone and tells me she didn’t have any explanation but she can cancel my order if I didn’t want to wait anymore the hung up on me !!!
Stopped by Papa John’s needing to use the restroom. I wasn’t asking for a kidney. I wasn’t asking them to hand over the secret recipe for their oily depression-discs they call pizza. Just a bathroom.
They hit me with: “Restrooms aren’t open to the public.”
Which is corporate code for: “We don’t care if you piss yourself on the threshold, as long as you don’t drip on our coupon drawer.”
Look, I get it, I didn’t buy anything. But if your store’s vibe is already gas station-but-sadder, maybe offering basic human decency would help the Yelp score a little.
Honestly, the floor looked like it had already survived several biological incidents. Adding one more stream to the river probably would’ve improved the place.
Next time I’ll just take the hint and waterscape your tile like nature intended. 🚽✨

Got pizzas for my son's birthday last week and they were great.
Walked in first thing I saw was a lady making the pizza with her bare hands and proceeds to deal with money and on her phone afterwards. Which lead to me questioning does she even wash her hands before preparing the food.

This location seriously needs to get it together. Every single time I or anyone I know orders from here, something is wrong. If I pay for extra sauce, give me the extra sauce. If I pay for six wings, I expect six wings — not five, not four. And if the order includes breadsticks, why is the marinara always missing? It shouldn’t be this hard to get an order right. The inconsistency and lack of attention to detail are beyond frustrating.

I placed an order online and the wait was estimated for an hour then when it said it was delivered it never was and tried to cal the store and it hung up so I selected the manger line and the same thing

Called at 10:30pm and placed our order and was told it would be 45 min to an hour. At 11:45 we tried calling to ask about our order and no answer. Tried calling 2 more times and no answer. At 12:40pm I got a call that our pizza had arrived and driver was in the lobby. I told him I would be right there and was in the lobby in less than 3 minutes and there was nobody there. Asked desk personnel if they saw anyone and was told nobody had come in with food. Tried calling the number back that had called us and again, no answer. Avoid this location, and it's employees who have no clue what the truth is, at all costs.
