It took forever

Place an order for a birthday party at 12:05pm asked for a delivery time of 1:30pm the same day. The order taker was great recapped the order and asked the payment method. I stated cash as I wanted to give a nice tip as this order was delivery of 8 pizzas and an order of 32 wings. The manager of the location who name is “Amanda” call me at 12:55pm to tell me that she cannot fulfill the order without a card payment. No problem at all. I confirmed that the order sold still be delivered by 1:30 and of course she goes silent. I said “hello can the order still be here by the confirmed time being I placed the order at 12:05pm and it took an hour to call me back. She again goes silent. I will NEVER order from this store and has shared the experience with the community center who has added them to the list of not recommended vendors for the facility. Poor customer service: IF U NEED SOMETHING DELIVERED BY A CERTAIN TIME DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY

Picked up pizza after getting a good review from the store next door. Ordered a sausage and pepperoni and it was delicious 😋

I called them to make a tax-exempt order to a school not even 4 miles away. They said they don't deliver to schools? The manager wouldn't even talk to me. Pretty sure the manager just didn't know how to do a tax-exempt order and was just plain lying to me. Really poor experience. I literally just went on the website and ordered it and they delivered it...

Delivery was timely and the pizza was good.

The delivery driver for us tonight was probably the nicest one I've ever had. Was on time and very friendly

Three separate times I've I ordered online for pickup. By the time I leave the house and drive to Papa John's pizza, I get a text that my order is done and ready to go. So.... I'm getting great service and I take home a very hot pizza ? Im very pleased !!

Just left there 15mins ago sat there for about a hr called my pizza outside of the place to watch them make my food 3 of the employees came outside to have a smoke break one came out in the apron that handles the dough never took it off went back with the same apron to handle more pizzas gross.... also the other 2 gentlemen came back in and went to the back rubbing there fingers in there hair then went and grab my box and put it to the side without washing there hands gross..... I went into the store to let them know what I just witnessed they basically said that they made my pizza before they went outside and they just touched the box when they came back in. I said cool i checked it and then paid for the pizza. As I'm still in the car eating the pizza with my family the workers was making gestures as if you see me washing and drying my hands another one took the dough twirled it around on his middle finger and waved at me they was trying to test my patience I am a grown ssa women and will f you up the legal way! I advise to yall to stay way from this location rude disrespectful and disgusting I will be calling corporate as you can see the other reviews I'm not the only one complaining......

This location seems to undercook the pizzas in the last couple years, selecting 'well done' cook seems to help make it normal.

Everything from ordering to a very fast delivery and yummy pizza was on point..Wish I would have gotten the name of the delivery guy..He was so warm... friendly and full of smiles..Very nice experience all around

Great service and delicious pizza. Every time we order from this shop, they do a great job, every now and again, if there is a discrepancy, they have taken care of it immediately. the current management at the shop is top notch. Keep up the good work!
