Better ingredients, better pizza

I placed an order over the phone for carry out that was supposed to be ready at 7pm. Upon arrival, the staff were severely disorganized and proceeded to ask for the phone number associated with my order 3 more times over the next hour. Finally at 8pm, I was told that my order still wasn’t ready, probably wasn’t going to be ready anytime soon, and was handed discarded pizzas that were never picked up.

Ordered for 7, got there at 7:10, said it would be ready in 20, 25 minutes pass, told it would be ready in another 15. Gave me a hard time. Terrible.

The Rockhill location was amazing. Dom and Alex made my experience the best ever. They were nice to me even though I was drunk and singing 🤗

Papa John’s is a solid pizza chain, but this particular location is outstanding. I’ve ordered from them multiple times, and the pizza always looks just like the commercials and tastes delicious. The delivery is prompt, and the staff is friendly and courteous. It’s my go-to spot for a consistently great pizza experience!

Simple to the point in and out

It took forever

Place an order for a birthday party at 12:05pm asked for a delivery time of 1:30pm the same day. The order taker was great recapped the order and asked the payment method. I stated cash as I wanted to give a nice tip as this order was delivery of 8 pizzas and an order of 32 wings. The manager of the location who name is “Amanda” call me at 12:55pm to tell me that she cannot fulfill the order without a card payment. No problem at all. I confirmed that the order sold still be delivered by 1:30 and of course she goes silent. I said “hello can the order still be here by the confirmed time being I placed the order at 12:05pm and it took an hour to call me back. She again goes silent. I will NEVER order from this store and has shared the experience with the community center who has added them to the list of not recommended vendors for the facility. Poor customer service: IF U NEED SOMETHING DELIVERED BY A CERTAIN TIME DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY

Picked up pizza after getting a good review from the store next door. Ordered a sausage and pepperoni and it was delicious 😋

I called them to make a tax-exempt order to a school not even 4 miles away. They said they don't deliver to schools? The manager wouldn't even talk to me. Pretty sure the manager just didn't know how to do a tax-exempt order and was just plain lying to me. Really poor experience. I literally just went on the website and ordered it and they delivered it...

Delivery was timely and the pizza was good.
