Three separate times I've I ordered online for pickup. By the time I leave the house and drive to Papa John's pizza, I get a text that my order is done and ready to go. So.... I'm getting great service and I take home a very hot pizza ? Im very pleased !!

Just left there 15mins ago sat there for about a hr called my pizza outside of the place to watch them make my food 3 of the employees came outside to have a smoke break one came out in the apron that handles the dough never took it off went back with the same apron to handle more pizzas gross.... also the other 2 gentlemen came back in and went to the back rubbing there fingers in there hair then went and grab my box and put it to the side without washing there hands gross..... I went into the store to let them know what I just witnessed they basically said that they made my pizza before they went outside and they just touched the box when they came back in. I said cool i checked it and then paid for the pizza. As I'm still in the car eating the pizza with my family the workers was making gestures as if you see me washing and drying my hands another one took the dough twirled it around on his middle finger and waved at me they was trying to test my patience I am a grown ssa women and will f you up the legal way! I advise to yall to stay way from this location rude disrespectful and disgusting I will be calling corporate as you can see the other reviews I'm not the only one complaining......

This location seems to undercook the pizzas in the last couple years, selecting 'well done' cook seems to help make it normal.

Everything from ordering to a very fast delivery and yummy pizza was on point..Wish I would have gotten the name of the delivery guy..He was so warm... friendly and full of smiles..Very nice experience all around

Great service and delicious pizza. Every time we order from this shop, they do a great job, every now and again, if there is a discrepancy, they have taken care of it immediately. the current management at the shop is top notch. Keep up the good work!

Food is good, but staff is hit-or-miss. Tried to get food, and was hurrying to get my order placed (since they close down their carry-out at 11:40 PM), and a couple employees were arguing in the back about how they don’t want to make orders this late. The moment that the clock hit 11:40, I was locked out from ordering carry-out (the reason it took me right up until that time, was because they have a surprise notice at the end of the process that says you have to order a minimum of $25, so I had to scramble to add a 2-liter and a cup of garlic sauce, on top of 2 medium pizzas, a Papa Bowl, and some Oreo cheesecake knots), and I live some 15 minutes away, but wanted something other than Steak’n Shake, so it wasn’t like I could switch it to delivery and have them deliver to my home (where I wasn't even at), and after this experience, I wasn’t going to switch to delivery and have them bring it to just outside their building (which is where I’m at, right now), but because I was outside their building, there would be no reason to tip, so I’m sure they’d make a note of that in future about my orders. Plus I didn’t want to pay the delivery fee or a tip for them to walk a few steps out of their business’s front door. It just seemed excessively petty to me, to discuss, in front of the customer, how they don’t want business.

We get our pizza from here a lot. Rarely disappoints unless it is close to closing when they don’t want our business.

The pizza was great. We tried the nw papadia cool ranch and a thin pizza. I don't really like thin crust, but it was great, ohh thank you!
