I first left a bad review when I had a massive delay on the pizza. Once I was here I watched these guys do their best with not the best tools given. I feel it's the right thing to do and have a change of heart with my review. At its core, this is a fast food establishment and there are expectations that need to be met at the restaurant level. But we were treated with respect and apologies. They didn't have good service, but they had resounding integrity.
This place keeps becoming worse. You're told your order is ready but nobody in the store is aware of it until you get there. And then the employees are pretty upset about having to make it when they're aware of your order.
We were doordashing and when we pulled up to the Papa John's there was probably about a half a dozen people there when we walked in there was two employees one of the employees was not trying to really get any orders out like he really didn't want to be there I take it but there was another employee there by the name Varney and I'm going to tell you that this man needs to be recognized for his work this man put out half a dozen people in less than 5 minutes by his...
