It says open until 10 PM. Pulled in at PM, it had a closed door but the open sign. I understand the kitchen may need to close early but just state it at the door and online so people know and don’t come expecting service.

Quite possibly the most friendly Penn station I’ve been to! My wait was longer and the nice gal gave me a lemonade & cookie! Seriously the best customer service. Thanks to their team!
Tonight 2/20 was my first time trying Penn Station, as Soon as I walked in I was greeted by a young lady behind the counter. Who went over the menu with me and helped me decide what to order. The young man at the grill came over and spoke with me as well. Over hearing that it was my first time, the staff was very pleasant. The food was phenomenal. We ordered a Philly cheesesteak and a classic Italian, It was also free cookie Tuesday, which even sweetened it more. Excellent staff, Excellent customer service, and Excellent food, would definitely recommend.

The atmosphere was okay, not anything to write home to Mom about, but it was clean. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, the prices are pretty good for what you get. The only reason I'm giving the food 4 stars out of five it's because I asked for light on the ranch dressing and it was semi drenched, next time I'll ask for no dressing and it'll probably be better. Or maybe get the dressing on the side so I can put it on myself.Parking: There are about 6 spots available

I ordered 3 subs 2 Phillys n 1 veggie my son is vegan so the veggie was his sub he end up throwing half away because he found a piece of bacon I think the guy who fixed it knew that because they had a side conversation while we was there you want to be able to trust people when it comes to preparing your food you purchase it’s been awhile since I’ve been there it’s just sad how businesses treat you when they need your business to stay in business it’s sad you have to start inspecting your food before you leave a restaurant

I wouldn’t recommend…. EVERYONE IS RUDE!!! You’ll be greeted from the cashier sitting at a TABLE with a Baby!!!!. Not to mention no one washes their hands, the cook will come from the back looking as if he just woke from a long extended nap. I asked for a refund, they were so unapproachable I was scared to death to tell them they were the reason when they asked me why, I just said I’d rather not say. Needless to say I’ll never return, the whole experience was TERRIFYING!!! I would’ve given a zero but I couldn’t !!!Parking: Parking is the worst !!!!
Whoever was the supervisor/ manager today, 11/13 around noon, was extremely disrespectful and aggressive with her employees during our short visit. The employee was so nice and tried to fix the soda machine so my husband could get a Pepsi and the manager came out yelling out how someone else must have broke the machine. The machine got fixed, and then the manager kept yelling at her employee about how she was doing things wrong. The employee did great in spite of the aggressive manager.

if wanting good food people listen I wouldn't penn station east cost sub in Arnold person took my order completely didn't listen I said no pizza sauce no onions both my daughter an my sandwich they made with I asked for extra steak never got now go to Pennie's station east cost sub in Fenton their great they listen an make thier food correct.
