We ate there yesterday evening before an event in the Loop. We chose outside dining. We asked for a regular menu and our waiter brought 1 out for our table of 4. I had to contact the hostess to fund our waiter to take our order. Our appetizer and pizza were brought out by a different waiter and both times taken to the wrong table. When we were ready to pay, I again had to have the hostess find our waiter to get our check. Side note, there were not very many customers, maybe 1/3 capacity. The pizza tasted good, but I don't think I'll return based on the staff experience.

I frequent Pi often and 9/5 was one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had there or in any restaurant. When we entered the young male host was on his phone(the entire time we were there)and acted like he didn't know where he would sit us when there were plenty of tables. He sat us, didn't bring menus, or mention that you could view the menu online. Good thing we were already familiar w/this method since Covid. Now to our server...He came to the table, never provided his name, & asked about drinks. We provided our drinks & order. He came to table w/the Coke & Mr. Pibb and said I'm not sure which one is which. Hmm...good thing I was w/my fiancé and we didn't mind if we happened to taste the wrong drink. Then our appetizer came out a few mins before our pizza. So we at most of the knots and a slice of pizza, but needed refills which we had to request after he had passed our table several times. For 10 mins we watched him pass and take drinks and top off water outside. I got his attn again to mention the refills which he clearly forgot about and asked for the check & a box. When he returned there was no acknowledgement of the terrible service just a "sign the top copy". I will say the food is always good, but they need new staff.

We enjoyed a solid dining experience here the other night. Sat outside at a table along the sidewalk. Fun to watch the action along the loop while we ate. We ordered a large Central West End for three of us. It was the perfect amount and so tasty. No complaints! Our server was awesome, friendly and attentive.

Tacos and pizza are tied for my favorite food. If this pizza was my only choice then pizza wouldn't be in my top fifty. Despite many good reviews my pizza was super oily and I suspect that a couple of the ingredients were actually spoiled. What a disappointment, it wasn't as good as frozen grocery store pizza as far as I'm concerned. Joanie's take out, I'm sorry I cheated on you!

My husband I returned to this location because 6 months ago we had our first date here. I will just say the pizza taste good, and we especially enjoy the cornmeal crust.. BUT.. I just don't like the fact that there is always a hair issue at all the locations!! I would suggest that the servers and people in the kitchen wear hairnets! I have had hairy food all but one time at PI. The waitresses are very nice, but hairy shirts and dirty aprons should be corrected!! Hair nets people!!

I just ordered their BLT salad with chicken and it's delicious!! I love the peppercorn ranch dressing. I can't wait to come back for the pizza :)

Unique pizzas but very good. Appetizers were good as well. I had the garlic bread knotz. When you bite into one, the dough is filled with gooey, delicious cheese. I definitely recommend.

Stopped in after a beautiful paddle boat experience at the boathouse. This was a Saturday night when we visited. It did take awhile to get seated. ( not busy ) Once we were seated service was so-so. Wings came out slightly warm. The pizza was delicious, I do highly recommend the kirkwood. I added sliced jalapeños to mine. The cheese was also very good. Not sure what happened with the wings, they use to be my favorite. Will try a different location in the future.
Went Vegan about 2.5 years ago and hadn't been to Pi since. Returned recently and was pleasantly surprised by their vegan options from the vegan cheese option to the vegan Italian sausage meat substitute option. Oh and that Kale salad is da bomb. Think this means I can officially add Pi to the list of restaurants with legit tasty vegan options.

Staff is amazing and very friendly I love how it is safe place for lgbtqia+ and the food was amazing, my top 3 favorite pizza places for me. Also some top notch fresh ingredients. Very Eco Friendly.

This place was delicious!! We tried their vegan options and it blew is away! The cornbread crust was phenomenal! The bathrooms were also very clean and tidy and beautiful to look at. Great atmosphere and local drinks! ??

My first time in St. Louis, and our first time eating here. Oh. My. Lord. Where has this place been all my life?! The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing. The sauce was pure heaven, and the crust was perfect. The shakes were out of this world as well. The place was clean, and they had 80s music playing, which made me feel like I was back in high school again. After tip, we dropped just shy of 100 bucks for 2 pizzas and 4 shakes here. A bit pricey for an everyday thing, but well worth it for a special treat occasion. That's really my only complaint, the price, because everything else was outstanding. We highly recommend going here for your special treat occasion, but be ready to get a jolt with the bill. All I gotta say is when can we please see a location in Springfield, Missouri? I mean it when I say, this place will be a Hotspot there. Please consider opening a location in Springfield. Great food, and a great experience. I'm giving a 5 star, only because they won't let me give a 10 star rating. Great job Pi Pizzaria, you really hit one out of the park with us tonight.
