We ate there yesterday evening before an event in the Loop. We chose outside dining. We asked for a regular menu and our waiter brought 1 out for our table of 4. I had to contact the hostess to fund our waiter to take our order. Our appetizer and pizza were brought out by a different waiter and both times taken to the wrong table. We enjoyed a solid dining experience here the other night. Sat outside at a table along the sidewalk. Fun to watch the action along the loop while we ate. We ordered a large Central West End for three of us. It was the perfect amount and so tasty. No complaints! Our server was awesome, friendly and attentive.
My husband I returned to this location because 6 months ago we had our first date here. I will just say the pizza taste good, and we especially enjoy the cornmeal crust.. BUT.. I just don't like the fact that there is always a hair issue at all the locations!! I would suggest that the servers and people in the kitchen wear hairnets! I have had hairy food all but one time at PI. The waitresses are very nice, but hairy shirts and dirty aprons should be corrected!! Hair nets people!!
