I love popeyes in general but the service at this location is horrible, and they get your orders wrong on top of that. Never going here again.
6 years later I decided to give it a second chance. They still suck. Ordered online, order was not ready, they had me pull to a parking spot 20 minutes passed and nothing. Other cars who came after me in the drivethru got their orders while I waited. Saw 3 employees inside just hanging out. I just gave up and got a refund online.

Literally the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to the managers where disrespectful to all the door dash people I couldn’t even place my order for here because they manager got mad at someone and stormed off so I went to KFC next door and wayyyyyyyyy better experience. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else !!! Seriously

The food is good, the chicken is always freshly cooked, the service is honestly not the best, the people who serve often neither greet nor respond when you say goodbye, I feel that the quality of service is not good, the floor was dirty!

Yes ,I would like to know WHY when we order food for delivery, we never received any condiments . Here’s biscuits no jelly, honey etc napkins or forks. I really think that’s NOT CARING about the customer. After all we are the ones keeping them in business. You can’t throw in a few condiments that’s not good. The only way I received them before is when I let the support team know . Then last night when I tried to contact support they had it where I couldn’t reply back to them . NICE JOB ! Unsatisfied customer
