Attempted to order food after I placed the entire order the worker says oh yea it's a wait for chicken we are out at the moment.. while understandable, she could have led off with that. Also it's 12 noon how or why doesn't a chicken place have any chicken!!

Took a DoorDash order from this restaurant last week and they had me wait in the parking lot after I arrived. (The food wasn’t ready yet. ) They told me they’d let me know when it was done. Twenty minutes later, they still hadn’t come over. I went back to the drive thru window to find the order was done and they hadn’t let me know. 10/10 would not come here and will never Dash here again.
EDIT - I see now the “owner” has responded, talking about how unacceptable it is and how they’ll make sure management makes some changes. Given how many of these reviews there are and how far back they go, I’m disinclined to believe any of that.

Went today asked for three pc wing dinner. We only have thighs, Nothing else ready so Ieft. How do you have a chicken business and not have things ready and have poor customer service and stay in business. Smh

Terrible all around. No chicken on my tenders basically all breading. Tails all on my butterfly shrimp. And they don’t want you seeing them work. Told me to stop before the window then took my money and made me pull forward…. What are they hiding that I can’t sit at the window like any other drive thru? And there wasn’t a soul in front or behind me.
