Stopped at around 6pm during the week. They were out of almost everything. Horribly rude staff, asked for some condiments got about half of what I asked for, no utensils or napkins in the bag and when I tasted the soda I got with my order it was flat so I asked if I could switch to lemonade instead and was told I’d have to pay extra. Should have been a clue that the parking lot and drive thru were both empty. I’ll never visit this location ever again.

I’m unsure why door is locked and you only go through drive thru. The reason I don’t go through drive through cuz they miss your order up and forget food. I paid for 4 piece meal shrimp tackle box and three chicken strips. Simple huh. They are more worried about you sitting in line of drive thru and tell you to pull up so they look fast but that not the case. I will never go back to Popeyes again. And this was a 3rd chance

This place is a joke! I ordered food online 20 minutes before arrival and then I pick up the food and I’m missing several items. These workers want $20.00 an order but can’t read a simple piece of paper that shows an order. Hire better staff or this place will be closed in less than a year. Overall garbage management staff and employees

Food is nothing special. The highlight was the red beans and rice. Sandwich looked like it had been mangled before bagging. The staff was doing a lot of unnecessary yelling, creating an unpleasant atmosphere.

Horrible service, cashier repeated the order twice, got to the window to be asked what did you order ? got food no napkins food cold?. They weren't busy, so I asked for hot fries, cashier ask me to pull up, but she went outside and got on the phone, I guess the manager pulled up with her kid, she went in and got the fries, which were cold because the cashier forgot I was there!

Ordered #1 spicy chicken sandwich with side of mashed potatoes and diet coke. What I got was regular chicken sandwich, fries, and watered down coke. Typical Page Ave service. Never again!!!!
They only had three people, but they were focused on the service and the food. They were talking, and what they were saying was all about helping people get their food and making sure they were cooking up the right food to fill the orders. They were grown-ups and treated me and the chicken and themselves with respect. A lot of Popeyes around here have a couple of kids trying to get you away from them one handed with a phone in the other hand. Not here, not today.It was really busy here with the drive through. The lady at the counter greeted me and said she would be right with me as she helped out the drive-through customers. Here I was asked, "How can I help you?" I ordered a spicy combo. She came back and said "We don't have a spicy wing, would a leg be ok?" I said "As long as it's spicy I'm good." Like I said, respect, service, communication, all delivered.I bit into the chicken and the hot spicy crunchy juicyness that you can only get at a good Popeyes blissed me out. I took small bites so that it wouldn't burn my lips until it cooled off enough to wolf it down. You know what I'm talking about. The red beans and rice were right too.I hope when you come here that the crew that was on today is on when you get here.

Went in to pick up a door dash and it’s always policy when the lobby is open that we go in to pick up. This female employee said “drive thru”. Over and over… she wouldn’t say anything else or answer my questions. I’m pretty understanding but there were at least 8 cars in front of me when I finally got in the drive thru line.

It's hit or miss here! I've had excellent chicken and sides and then I've had under cooked ( in my opinion) chicken. The service is about par, nothing to write home about if you know what I mean. Parking and location is easy in easy out. I'll return in future but they are on my OK list for
