I placed my order in the drive-thru. The cashier answered promptly. My original order was the three piece Blackened Tenders meal. I was informed, they did not have Blackened Tenders. I modified my order for the three wings meal (mild), mashed potatoes and a sprite, my meal was around $11.59. It was a big brown grown up roach going in and out of the back of the cash register that faces the customer and when my husband told the manager and staff they did nothing about it..They said it's none of their business and the manager said "oh it is " and that was that. She asked the cashier to give her a napkin to get it and she declined.My husband said we'll be going to the Ferguson location from now on.
I went in for a 12pc and was reading the order off of paper with all kinds of preferences. The staff was able to listen and be patient enough to let me get the request out and told me what could and couldn't be done.
