Fire everyone (except the girl with the face tattoo). No one greeted us for 4 minutes. We were the ONLY customers in the store. But they were having their own conversation as we stood and waited to be helped. Most of the items were empty or missing, so we couldn't really customize our bowl and burrito. The girl with the face tattoo (her name may be Q?), came from the back to help us. Mind you, there are two other employees in the front refusing to even acknowledge us. Q really tried to make things better, but it was an extremely poor experience.... Fire everyone and start over (except Q).

Absolutely will NOT be returning to this location EVER again. First, the two black women working the lunch hour on February 1, 2024 were EXCEPTIONALLY rude to myself and my boss. My boss explained to one employee that he had never been to Qdoba before, and was unsure of the menu options/ordering. The woman preparing the food put him down multiple times and told him, "I ain't puttin' nothin' mo' on yo' bowl...you playin' too much." Very rude and unprofessional. Also, I told her brown rice, she gave me white rice. Now, for the woman running the cash register. She never once asked if we'd like a beverage. I had to purchase a beverage separately from my meal. Then she tried to make me pay for my boss' beverage, and got rude when I explained he was purchasing his own beverage. Next, I asked her for the receipts(remember, I had to purchase my beverage separately) and she said, "I ain't got 'em. I threw 'em in the trash already." I politely asked if she could print me the receipts when she had time, as I wanted my Qdoba rewards, but I'd left my phone in my vehicle. About 10 minutes later I was called to the register to get the receipts, at which time I was told that I didn't pay for the steak portion of my burrito(obviously they were being petty because of my request for the receipts I was entitled to in the first place). The cashier and woman preparing the food proceeded to bully me into paying for a side of steak, and told me that I wouldn't receive my receipts until I paid for the side of steak. I paid for the steak side(1-Why is it my fault that the employees didn't communicate what my order consisted of at point of purchase? 2-Now I'm at three separate transactions for one meal.). This location and its employees are a joke, and I will DEFINITELY be contacting corporate. If you want courteous service, I suggest never stepping foot in this location. Do better Qdoba.

A young lady at this establishment started preparing my food without washing her hands. I kindly whispered to her "Can u wash ur hands?" She said "I don't have time I'm finna go so u want brown or white rice." Very rude bunch of ladies there. Won't be returning.

I had food delivered and received the entirely wrong order. Not only did it have beans (I requested none), but nearly half the bowl became inedible because everything was completely dowsed in disgusting bean juices. Nobody wants to eat that - drain your beans! I gave the service three stars because they're usually nice when I go in, but they clearly don't care about getting delivery orders correct.

I've been coming to this location twice a week for five years, and I've never been treated so poorly as by the new manager. I will never come back. I've enjoyed working with all prior employees, but the new manager is abysmal and will destroy this franchise. Don't go is my recommendation. The woman manager has a major negative attitude. Good luck to franchise owner. I'm not going there.
