It's quick and good food at a reasonable price. Staff is efficient as well on most times I visited the place with not too long of a wait. The downsides are that they're always scraping the bottom off for one ingredient or another - sometimes it's the Fajita vegetables, sometimes it's the Guacamole.Parking is adequate - I never found it too crowded, so easy enough to get in/out. In my opinion, the atmosphere for dining-in is not as nice as say a Panera Bread (St. Louis Bread).
Aside from the lady on the phone ahead of me slowing the line down to a crawl and asking over and over again "are you sure that is what you want?", the food was good and employees pleasant.

I had food delivered and received the entirely wrong order. Not only did it have beans (I requested none), but nearly half the bowl became inedible because everything was completely dowsed in disgusting bean juices. Nobody wants to eat that - drain your beans! I gave the service three stars because they're usually nice when I go in, but they clearly don't care about getting delivery orders correct.
