Racanelli’s New York Pizzeria

What I had last night was not Racanelli's. The garlic knots were the texture of golf balls, there was zero garlic on them and no red sauce included.

The pizza did not even look like a Racanelli's pie. The crust was completely different and had the texture and flavor of cardboard. I expect much better quality from them, probably won't order again.

Have gotten pizza here for almost 20 years. Always been my favorite. My new favorite pizza maker Escue me the piazza fro.e an 11 out of10 to 100 out of 10. Won't get pizza anywhere else. Food luck keeping up with there new pizza maker. Got my pizza I'm under ten minutes. Absolutely legendary.

Incredibly disappointed. I ordered a cheese pie with sundried tomatoes and Italian sausage on the whole pie and ricotta on half and this is what they gave us, a few drops of ricotta on two slices and fresh tomatoes with no sausage. And they didn't notify us that the pizza was done I had to call after they closed to find out my order was ready.

One of the best NY style cheese pizzas I have had in STL. Great crisp, cheese is delicious and the underside is incredible. Great pie !

This pizza is trash!!!! I had high hopes for this pizza but it taste like a slice of salt. I spent $55 on two pies and me and my entire family are disappointed and pissed. It has no substance the sauce is trash the cheese is alright the crust is ok.p

Several times, in the past month and a half, my best friend and I have ordered from here. And they have messed the pizza order up 3 times in a row. One time, they offered to remake our pizza, but took the original we brought back and just threw some toppings on top. This place just isn’t the quality it used to be.

First time visit and a 45 min drive since all other “NY-style” pizza joints closed up. I’m from the east coast (Philly) and have had pizza in NYC and NJ hundreds of times. We were so disappointed with this pizza. The best I could describe it is a STL take on east coast pizza. Not a bad pie, but definitely not a NYC crispy bar pie. Most of the folks running the place were friendly…but you got that Waffle House vibe of cleanliness. Definitely won’t be back unfortunately.

We ordered a 16 inch 1/2 pep 1/2 bacon and a 10 inch cheese, we are on vacation and had it delivered to our hotel. We absolutely loved the pizza and especially the crust, overall had great flavor, well deserved of a 5 star rating.
