I came for lunch an I ask for crispy chicken...when I got back to work...my chicken wasn't even done....that's the second time with in a couple weeks..I understand yall be busy...but if I'm in line for a nice amount of time...how is my food not done...oh yall be rushing getting out the door dash orders...

Great food.
Fun staff.
Terrible management. They’ll fire you for going home sick instead of calling off. Manager wants you to prove you’re sick and see you vomit in front of her before releasing you (even when there’s extra employees). People call off and keep their jobs. They don’t value their employees.

Great story behind how this became big. I support the cause for it. Overall, good food for fast food! Amazing sweet tea and chicken fingers!! No more than a 10 minute wait if you go inside. And it has a good vibe to it inside! The only complaint is that the grease filled me up.

The person who is taking the order and receiving the payment should be kinder. If you don't like your job, don't do it. Give your job to someone else who haha better because your customer service is terrible

The guy at the counter to take our order was not the friendliest,slouched on the counter and really didn't smile but he was respectful.

1st time having it and it was perfection. The drive thru was playing Christmas music as I picked up my perfect chicken. The fries slaw and lemonade was all 5 stars. I literally just finished the food, and thought they deserved immediate praise. The staff was friendly as well. Get extra bread!

Really good chicken tenders. Good service too. That being said.....we just paid almost 3 bucks for an order of fries after tax and got maybe the smallest order possible. Will post a picture with it. A laughable portion :(
