Great experience, service and food... had the fish / chips and filet... harvest salad and sticky pudding... all were top notch!

What a disaster. We booked over a month in advance because it was our 47th wedding anniversary. We were so excited to go. We arrived 3 minutes before our reservation and were asked to sit at the bar for about 5 minutes. Forty minutes later, we asked about our table and she said she is so sorry, but it will be a bit longer. After an hour we gave up and ordered at the bar. Not a very exciting anniversary so far. The manager of the Four Seasons did come to us and apologize. He also comped two of our four drinks. We each ordered an appetizer: bbq beef ribs and the cauliflower Korean BBQ. The cauliflower was amazing. The ribs were all gross and fatty. As we were leaving (two hours later) our bartender said a complimentary dessert was coming. We waiting and waited some more. We left with no complimentary dessert.

I thought the Thanksgiving dinner for $65 a plate was way over priced. And wasn't great. I should have ordered off the regular menu,

Celebrated Thanksgiving 2025 at Ramsay's. Friendly efficient service, nice atmosphere. Scallops were a standout but we enjoyed everything we ordered. Very pleasant experience.

My fiancée and I attended this restaurant after getting engaged, and it was a great experience. The server, Brittany, was fantastic. The ambiance and drinks were delightful. The food was exquisite, and reserving a table there was a breeze. Highly recommend for the view of the Arch, the food, and the drinks.

I have been to several of the Ramsay restaurants in different cities and this one has been the only one where I have been disappointed. I really wanted to like it and gave it three visits before determining that we will not be back. The last two times, the food (appetizers and entrees) have been undercooked. Our server Brittany during our last experience was nice but outside of that, the food and service recovery were poor, even from the GM who totally fumbled the service recovery. This place is poorly representing the Ramsay and Four Seasons brands.

This is my 4th time eating at Ramsey Kitchen/Hells Kitchen. I have tried a different main dish each time. This time I had the smoked chicken. I was not pleased with this dish. As a personal preference I will not order that again. Sort of bland

Been dreaming of going to RK for years. Finally got the opportunity. So worth the wait. It was amazing. The staff was excellent.

Great service! The food was good, but I think the overall value is not up to expectations. For example, the cocktails are similar with others around town but the price is much higher. It's located at the Four Seasons, but this is also a much smaller city than NYC or Chicago. The service was excellent and we appreciated the attention to the detail!

We had the tasting menu with wine pairings, while the food was great, the staff and kitchen seemed ill equipped for the tasting menu and wine pairing experience. The waiter was very eager and nice, but clueless about the wines. At one point he attempted to serve us a chilled white with our Beef Wellington, and we had to politely ask him to double check the menu. The food portions were also all over the place. A huge entree portion of the lamb ragu, half beef wellingtons, and then a shared standard size dessert made the portions inconsistent. Overall great food, but not what one would expect for the tasting/wine pairing experience given the $200 per person price.

Dined at Ramsey's Kitchen for Uncle Abe's ninety-seventh birthday. The Four Seasons is stunning, and the restaurant's vibe is near perfect. A live gala nearby made seating a bit chaotic at first, and the music drowned out conversation, but once we were settled, everything clicked. Our server was on point-great table awareness, sharp attention to detail, though she spoke a tad fast and dove into the menu a little abruptly. The chair dragged on the carpet, making it tough to scoot back, but that's minor. Food? Sticky cauliflower was unreal, scallops were spot-on, the wedge salad (pre-cut for sharing) was fresh, fish and chips were crispy perfection, and sticky pudding for dessert was a sweet finish. Service felt like a well-oiled machine-staff poured water, stayed tidy, and kept up effortlessly. Google's four-star rating is criminal; this was a five-star night. Highly recommend!

My husband and I went there for our anniversary!
The food was wonderful. I ordered the fish. My husband the beef wellington.
Both were cooked to perfection! The waitress was exceptional telling us about the menu and what she liked.
We took our time eating. Great view of the Arch. We even got a special dessert!
