Went for a late lunch, so dining room not very busy. Excellent and attentive service. The food was very good. My husband enjoyed the Wellington. And I had a very nice crabcake with probably more crab meat in it than any crab cake I have ever eaten, and I have eaten a lot of them!
Outstanding food and service. Beautiful setting. In our top three Ramsay concepts we have been to for sure. We will be back!
Celebrated our 30th anniversary & Hope, our server, did not disappoint. Beef Wellington & lobster roll were delicious, cocktails too!
The food was amazing ❤️I was here for my birthday everything from the ambiance and great service was awesome ❤️❤️
Enjoyable birthday supper with attentive service from Scott. The food was wonderful once again (this was our third visit). The Beef Wellington's were great. The sticky spicy Cauliflower appetizer was a delicious shared dish, and I had the risotto with crispy skin salmon which was tasty.
Very nice restaurant! The Server was exceptional, as good as the service at Tony's or Al Baker's in the past. The Crab Cake was the best I've had in years. The salmon was very good and the Asparagus Risotto for an entree' was not very good and quite disappointing. The Baked Alaska was not tasty and was not served Flambe'. All in all, two good, and two I'd never order here again.
Can't speak highly enough about this restaurant. Food is exquisite, and the service was even better. We will go back very soon.
Baby it back!!!! I was a faithful Cinder House client and was so disappointed in their departure. However, Ramsey did not disappoint the menu selections still amazed and the prices are wonderful to! Dinner was delicious and that coconut pudding is all the rave!

I initially came for the beef wellington because I was so excited to try it. However, the sticky toffee pudding blew me away. It was great, and so was the service. Everything was great to me.

Stopped over night on a road trip. Always wanted to visit a Gordon Ramsay’s. Kelly, our server, was very helpful, friendly and a pleasure. The breakfast and coffee were very flavorful and cooked well. The bacon melts in your mouth. The jams/currants and butter were high quality and the wife enjoyed them. Fingerling breakfast potatoes were fun and crispy and soft at the same time. Can see the Arch from the dining room. Calming breakfast atmosphere added to the experience.
Dietary restrictions: Helped making our breakfast lactose free. Had egg whites and chicken sausage for healthier option.

First off: It was delicious food. I had the beef Wellington, and Parker rolls and Mac and cheese for the table. Parker rolls were nice and fresh, Mac and cheese was excellent. The Beef Wellington, though very tasty, was definitely not worth $69 Maybe 30 some, maybe… it was delicious but nothing life changing. You get a baseball sized Wellington with puree which was more or less mashed potatoes. Now, disclaimer, I am not a fancy restaurant kind of guy. Maybe in that world it is acceptable to pay outrageous prices because the atmosphere is nice or whatever but I would say this restaurant isn’t for most people, myself included .

Scottie was amazing, guided us through our meal and got us in and out quickly as were headed to a show. He had exceptional knowledge of the menu and made a point to educate us on some unfamiliar ingredients and cooking techniques. Beef wellington was perfection, cocktails on point and red wine suggestion was top notch. Chef Joe deserves a literal chefs kiss.

So much wasted potential. We dined in June, understanding that they were still coming up to speed we forgave the 20 minute wait for our delicious beverages (they had one bartender working orders for both the restaurant and a private wedding event causing major backups). We also understood the food not being up to the normal Gordon Ramsey standard, as the fish and chips was just a bit underdone. We planned to return - then we lost an AirPod under the table. We realized it as soon as we got back to our apartment, called the restaurant and was assured by the host they had our AirPod and it would be stored safely behind the host counter until we could retrieve it again the following weekend.
Upon returning the following weekend we learned that the AirPod had been thrown away when the host station was cleaned. What???? You didn’t follow the hotels protocol and turn the item over to security to be logged; you just threw it away????? Who does that????
On top of that - management refuses to speak with me on the matter. Sarah and I emailed and texted in August and I was assured a resolution and then ghosted. I’ve since revisited the hotel and stopped by the restaurant seeking her out but she’s never available to speak to me. I’m continually referred to hotel security for my resolution which is ludacris since hotel security would only be able to help me had the restaurant actually turned over the item to them instead of throwing it away.
I will never return to this rude, unprofessional establishment until they get better management, which is a shame as we were so excited to have this restaurant come into town. I work in HR and if any of these managers worked for my company I’d be suggesting a PIP plan for them.

What an experience, indeed. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with the most palatable of fare—ah yes, the food was decidedly good, satisfactory even. The atmosphere, however, was something of a conundrum: it was dark (almost oppressively so) and rather loud, which, one must admit, detracted somewhat from the otherwise charming décor that someone, bless their heart, took great care to arrange.
But oh, how my fingers quiver with displeasure when we turn to the subject of the service. Alas, when the time came to request our checks, our dear server, with an air of brisk indifference, declared that she was simply far too occupied to accommodate the trifling request of splitting the checks, citing a policy most obscurely hidden on their website. One can only wonder, my dear, what manner of hospitality establishment is so averse to such a reasonable request.
After much cajoling, she reluctantly acquiesced, though not without reminding us, in the most condescending tone, that such a favor would not, under any circumstances, be extended upon a future visit. Well, as fate would have it, there shall be no future visits, for this little excursion has been quite enough to sate our curiosity.
