Rehab should change its name to “Racist.” While the door person gave only a cursory glance to the IDs of white people, he heavily scrutinized my Thai husband’s Thai ID card and informed him that it would not be valid for entry to his establishment.
Under what grounds I’m not sure. He claims it is not a “recognized” ID; I suspect he just can’t locate Thailand on a map.
