The service was excellent! The food was delicious! The atmosphere was very pleasant. Enjoyed having lunch with my friends! If you haven't been to Rich & Charlie's, check them out! It's a restaurant you'll want to go back to for more delicious meals! I know I will be back!!!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Rich and Charlie’s for over eight years, visiting regularly (6–8 times a month), and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. On this visit, I ordered a kid’s spaghetti, spaghetti, an adult spaghetti both with extra sauce, two chocolate martinis, and a kiddie cocktail. My total came to $49.49. From the start, the service was extremely slow. Every single thing took an unreasonable amount of time. We waited over 30 minutes just to receive boxes and the check after I had already asked for them. Our waitress never checked on us once to see how our food was or if we needed anything. In fact, another waitress had to step in twice to bring us items. Because of how poor the service was, I made the decision not to leave a tip, which is something I NEVER do. Even my five-year-old daughter commented on how bad the service was. After leaving, I noticed my card was charged $59.49 instead of $49.49. I immediately called the restaurant. The hostess transferred me to a manager, who repeatedly told me that he only saw a charge of $49.49 on his end. I explained multiple times that my bank account clearly showed $59.49. He asked twice if I had my receipt. I explained that I had filled out the merchant copy and did not keep the customer copy. He then told me to come back to the restaurant so they could fix it. When I returned, he showed me the receipt I filled out and claimed the waitress thought I left a $6 tip. The receipt clearly showed $0.00 for the tip and a total of $49.49. Even the manager admitted that it did not look like a $6 tip. Not only does the math not add up, but the total written was still $49.49, making it obvious that the charge was incorrect. I was charged $10 more than my bill, not $6. At that point, it honestly felt like the situation was being brushed off, as if I wouldn’t notice or question the charge. What made the situation even more concerning was that when the manager showed me the receipt I filled out, he attempted to keep it. I took it with me, as it is my only proof of what I actually wrote. As I was leaving, he called after me saying they needed it for their records, which did not sit right given the situation. While the manager did correct the charge, there was no real accountability, no meaningful apology, and no effort to make things right beyond the bare minimum. After this experience, I will not be returning. I would strongly urge ownership to review both service standards and payment handling practices.

Last visit was a girls lunch. Great service... food was on point Cold salad, hot entree. Had an infant with us-had a nice out of the way table.

The waitress must have been having a bad day. She wasn't friendly at all. And after we paid the bill she said she would be back, and she never came back. So she kept the extra money without asking.

Delicious lunch with excellent service! Visiting from out of town, had a great lunch with my aunt. Our server Maddy was super helpful in selecting the perfect meal. She was friendly and attentive - thank you for a great lunch!
