Ordered fettuccine Alfredo with extra sauce . Didn’t get extra sauce. It was like eating paste. No extra sauce! The 3 pieces of bread was at least 2 days old left out to become a brick. Could not even bite into it. I will never return to that location on Lemay Ferry, in south county. That was $48 wasted. This is the third time I have been disappointed. Never again

Good food overall, but salad wasn't cold. I think all 10 of us enjoyed our lunch.

Wheelchair accessibility: Okay accessibility, but one of the dining rooms is elevated, so make sure you tell them you have a wheelchair/mobility aid when you check in/make reservations.

Food was great and staff was very friendly. Our waitress could not have been any better. We will absolutely be back.

The food is consistently always delicious! Their salads are one of the best in STL.

If you're looking to try St. Louis Italian food, this is a great place to eat!

Seriously consider before going. The restrooms smelled like backed up sewage. The salad was 90% dressing - not sure was the salad part. The oil that you are charged $3 extra for was rancid. Neither of our meals were edible. Cold and mushy. The bread was tasty and the water and rootbeer were cold and good. Never been before, only went because we'd heard good things. Won't go back.

My Son and I like to go on Mondays to the Woods Mill location. Alyssa is our regular server. She’s exceptional!! Great service consistently. Food is always exceptional! I’ve been going to this establishment for decades!!

This place amazes me the food is consistently good the service is great and I’ll be back I had the early bird chicken Modiga the salad was great too!!

**Rich and Charlies in Kirkwood, MO: A Mixed Experience**

My boyfriend and I recently visited Rich and Charlies in Kirkwood, MO, for dinner, and our experience was a mix of delightful and disappointing elements.

Starting with the positives, we began our meal with the fried zucchini appetizer, which was absolutely delicious. The breading was perfectly crispy, and the zucchini was tender and flavorful. For our entrees, we had the Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta and the Quattro Formaggio with chicken. Both dishes were fantastic, bursting with flavor, and cooked to perfection. We had no complaints about the food.

Our server, Spencer, was also excellent. He was very hospitable, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

However, there were a few aspects that detracted from our overall experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was rustic and dark, which is typical for an Italian eatery and generally acceptable. However, upon entering, we noticed a distinct smell that can only be described as old. This initial impression was somewhat off-putting and made me feel a bit hesitant and paranoid about the cleanliness of the kitchen. I truly hope that the smell does not reflect the kitchen's condition.

Another issue we encountered was with the drinks. We ordered lemonade and raspberry tea, but both were overly tappy and difficult to drink. This was a significant letdown, as a good drink can greatly enhance a meal.

Overall, while we enjoyed the food and appreciated the excellent service from Spencer, there are a few areas that could use improvement. With some attention to the ambiance and drink quality, Rich and Charlies could provide an even better dining experience.
