My wife and I stopped here for the first time tonight. We each ordered the Wally with chocolate custard. It had brownie bites, hot fudge, and whipped cream. It was okay. The custard was creamy, but tasted similar Freddy’s Frozen Custard. The brownie bites were chewy, but you could tell they were just the standard store bought toppings most places use. This fine establishment invites customers with warm smiles, kind hearts, and the absolute BEST ice cream I have ever indulged in. The customer service is magnificent and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Anyone who disagrees is sorely mistaken as I have never known a better business than this one. I would recommend Rich’s to all who consider it - prepare to experience exquisite service, food, and cleanliness!!
