Went to Rumas today at 1 pm., a Wednesday. Ordered 4 sandwiches totaling over $50, and I left a tip. Went to pick them up and a sandwich was not right and another left out of the order, though I paid for it. NO ONE WAS IN THE STORE, so it’s not like they were too busy to check the order. I called when I got home and found out the order was wrong, they said yeah it’s sitting here so I can come back to get it or they’ll refund my money with a credit.
