Ate here twice this week. Really like the brisket, doesn't need a sauce. Very flavorful. A hidden gem was the creamed corn side dish. Lots of flavors I so enjoyed the creamed corn! Love the fast service here. My friends I was with say the service is always fast.

Was craving some really good barbecue and came to salt and smoke. Ordered two meats and that comes with two sides and a popover. The ribs are great. Fall off the bone and you can get various sauces to company yet. I got the spicy barbecue sauce and had a decent amount of heat. Love that you can get burnt ends which is the best part I think of the brisket. Really great Tayson could smoke on it. I got the chili as my side and didn't think that was anything worthwhile.
